23.01.2022 Jess Jess has been with me for a couple of training blocks now and quickly jumped onto meal plans when we started them! ... So far Jess has seen so much improvement in her strength with even noticing training sessions helping her everyday life! Her weight is unknown to us as she hasn’t weighed herself since June! But she’s 7cm down in the waist and 3.5cm down in her hips . Her meal plans aren’t restrictive with pizza on the menu this week . Jess also started with a 25kg squat and is now squatting at 70kg! This girl works HARD. She’s always aiming for those PBs and her hard work is paying off. So proud of you Jess! See more

19.01.2022 You know something that I don’t like? Labelling Food healthy and unhealthy. Why can’t we just label food, food? ... It’s the same as Guilt Free Marketing Let’s just all acknowledge food is food and we need to stop labelling food healthy & guilt free because this creates negative relationships with foods that aren’t supposedly healthy & guilt free.. Food is made up of macronutrients, protein, carbs & fats. Some foods have higher protein, while some foods have higher fat or carbs. Food = Fuel and each macronutrient fuels different things in our body. Our body can’t determine what’s healthy & guilt free, it can determine what macronutrients it’s consuming and needs to keep working.

15.01.2022 Have you started working on your goals for 2021? After a thought 2020 I think you owe it to yourself to set your goals high and work towards them. I set new goals weekly but those new goals contribute to a larger goal. I find that this helps make it easier to achieve those big goals. ... For example if you wanted to save $1000 in a year, what would you need to put away each week to get to that $1,000? Does a year seem to far away? How much do you need to save in 3 months to get to that 1k at the end. See where I am going? Start with your longer goal, then break that down into smaller more achievable goals
