21.01.2022 Missile’s bucket list! This is Missile - a gorgeous gentle ex racer who found her forever home with her best friend Glen. Missile is a regular visitor to Sando...wn Vet and every time she comes to see us the fond memories of her much loved racing career return, she gets so excited and makes a bee line for the track and is even harder to control if the lure happens to be going around. Unfortunately, Missile was recently diagnosed with terminal cancer. This prompted Glen to start Missile’s bucket list - and first on the list was a last run at her beloved Sandown track! After getting medical clearance, Glen contacted Mel Tochner to see if she could help make it happen! Mel cleared it with head Groundsman Graeme at Sandown track and a plan was hatched to let Missile have her special moment. After trials one morning and with a very emotional entourage of supporters, Missile had her moment. She burst out of the boxes and ran down the straight and was so fast as she passed the winning post that she even managed to catch the lure We think her post run smile says it all and there wasn’t a dry eye in the house from those who made it happen. 10.01.2022 Well the day has finally come.... One of our very first Pup to Track pups RAW ATTITUDE aka "Milo" is making his debut run at Shepparton on Saturday! It has been a long and patient 12+ months for all the owners watching him develop from a young pup into a race dog. We truly believe it makes their debut run even more special and exciting.... Good luck to everyone involved! Fingers crossed for a safe run and maybe even a win
