24.01.2022 In life you need to make sure that you set and revisit goals. My lifestyle coach makes me set goals as far as 25 years in the future. I recommend going through the exercise of setting goals very far in advance. I can tell you, I may never get a deserted Island with a helicopter; it may not be possible, but if the goal is not set, I would have nothing to strive for. Sometimes, I revisit my goals and shuffle things around or replace them with new ones. While goals are never fully set in concrete, having them in place will push you to achieve more than you ever thought possible.
