21.01.2022 Regulation Boots V2 construction process. Swipe right for the story; 1. Master pattern 2. Internal backseam stitched on a Hallbook & Ashfield cup seamer. 3. Roo linings shown with Horsehide quarters stitched to a half-bellows tongue.... 4. Linings and quarters stitched together. 5. Vamp, counter and toecap placed over the linings and quarters ready for stitching closing. 6. Uppers closed and first pull on the Hobart last. 7. Oops forgot to show stitching the bound collar. 8. 360 degree hand sewn Goodyear welt construction using both a roo and canvas custom holdfast double stitched to the insole. 9.
