Fill a jar 3/4 with chopped fruit. Cover with good quantity apple cider vinegar, a few tablespoons of your favourite sweetener like honey or maple syrup. Cover with a cloth. Let it ferment, stir or shake every few days. Leave it bubbling for a couple of weeks, strain and pop in the fridge. Lef...tover Shrubs, sorted. And great for the birds and bees . It's going to be a hot one tomorrow but we will have cold water and aircon. .
