23.01.2022 We have multiple large projects coming up and are on the lookout for a couple of guys to join our ever expanding team on the Sunshine Coast. No experience necessary, however a good work ethic and willingness to learn is essential.

16.01.2022 We can really start to see what we are trying to achieve with the current project. The design is based around sustainability, maintainability and affordability. Sustainability: - The large 12.5 degree pitch north facing roof will soon be completely covered in solar which will produce enough power to run the house with energy being stored using the latest technology. ... - The high level powered luevers will dramatically increase air flow in the main living area and allow hot air to escape. - The cladding on the south facedes in a natural spotted gum timber which provides good insulation and itself is a sustainable product. Maintainability: -The external cladding has been selected and placed with great consideration to future maintenance. - High level cladding is coloured Trim Deck profile, which requires little to no maintenance for 20+ years. Affordability: - Although the build has been on a challenging site, a budget has been maintained keeping the costs with in clients scope of $1200-$1300/m2.
