22.01.2022 We've started work on our next listing this week. Only minor cosmetic upgrades this time - not every property needs to be renovated! It's amazing how much a splashback can change a kitchen! Out with the green glass & in with the soft grey subways.

20.01.2022 We are one week in to our three week "Renovate To Sell" project @ "Boronia". With such a short time frame & overlapping trades, I stepped in to remove the carpet tonight so there will be no mess on the freshly painted white walls (- carpet is always the last thing you do!). Excuse the sweat it was a hot one! Two more weeks to go & we will be ON THE MARKET!! First open house scheduled for 10th of Feb. Stay tuned & follow us on Instagram too @renovate.to.sell

11.01.2022 Here is another one of our recent "Renovate To Sell" projects - "Auburn". This one was in pretty terrible condition, but all it took was $15,000 to increase the property value by $55,000. The works only took 2 weeks & the property was SOLD in 2 weeks for FULL ASKING PRICE.... Thinking of selling this year? Talk to us first! :)

08.01.2022 Busy day today ordering all our materials for the new =Renovate 2 Sell= project... I'm calling this one "Wenty". First stop: flooring & blinds. Visiting our trusted friends @ Bexley Floors & Blinds. Next stop: lighting. 06.01.2022 The floors are in & they look AMAZING!! Kitchen has arrived (finally!) & is half way there. Bench tops, tiling & appliances by this time next week! I love seeing it all come together at the end.

06.01.2022 Benchtop is in & it looks awesome!! We wanted a really sleek crisp look with this one; so we went white finger-pull doors & 20mm white Carsarstone tops. To finish off we will be using a feature splashback tile to create some pattern. Stay tuned!

03.01.2022 Our next project is well underway now. Demo & electrical done. Brand new kitchen has been ordered. Next steps are rendering, plastering, painting, blinds & hardwood flooring.
