12.01.2022 ONE DIET PLAN DOES NOT FIT ALL! also did you know Personal Trainers are NOT QUALIFIED to prescribe dietary changes, we can only advise and recommend, we learn about diet but not the complexity of other factors such as pre exisiting health conditions, genetic makeup, food intolerances and reactions.... just be wary when your PT tells you what to eat, with out extra study, huge red flag....I could tag a few! See a nutritionist/naturopath in conjunction with your training for the best results for weight loss as if youre struggling, it could be so many other factors such as metabolism or thyroid that is influencing your journey

03.01.2022 Its FRIDAYYAYYY great tip: when doing anything in a straight arm plank (mt climbers, tuck jumps, mt jumpers) keep your weight forward; wrists inline with elbows inline with shoulders! This will make you engage your upper abs, and boy oh boy your shoulders will be on #pt #burn #gym

01.01.2022 I had found a government website with plenty of information about food labels and how understanding them can help you lose weight... to bad the info was supported by industry and consumer groups the website advocated the health star rating which is displayed on the front of the packaging. This is sooooo misleading and only covers our eyes more to the realities of processed foods e.g Uncle Tobys quick sachets/creamy honey flavoured 4 health star rating PER SACHET...... per 100g these healthy oats have 24g of sugar (more than 5 teaspoons) Maggies 2 min noodles/ chicken flavour 3 health star rating PER 100g... per serving is 380g and in each serving is 935mg of SODIUM (well over half MY daily intake) The health star rating stays consistent even though the way it is being measured changes from each packet! Also the % daily intake on food labels is based on the average adult diet consuming 8700kj a day.. is this a healthy diet? Are these people exercising? How old are these people? Male/female? WHO ARE THESE PEOPLE! Your intake requirements CAN NOT be based on this as what the heck even is this?!
