21.01.2022 A little motivation for your Monday! Its going to be a great week so start it off by helping your future self! Doesn't need to be something big, maybe you put petrol in your car so you have it for later in the week or maybe you do dream big and book a holiday for later in the year. 20.01.2022 Return customers are the best! For the 3rd time this year I'd like to thank the Intensive CARE AT HOME team for another great Advanced Resuscitation class. These amazing Critical Care Nurses care for intensive care patients in the patient's own home allowing them to recover surrounded by family and in a familiar environment. They are a dedicated bunch and always a really great team to work with.

What does this mean you might ask?? ... . As a student, if you have ever lost certificates, couldn't remember when your CPR or First Aid certificate expired, lost your USI number or trained with other companies where you had to wait weeks for certificates. Resus Ready is going to fix your problems with Training Desk. Easy enrollment, your own personal dashboard, quick certificates after completion of the course and access to your old certificates. 19.01.2022 Last week I had the pleasure of providing First Aid Training the amazing men and women working at LEGOLAND Discovery Centre Melbourne. Firstly, I have to say if you've got kids and haven't visited LEGOLAND in Chadstone yet you really should! The place is really cool, it has so much to see and its fun for the big kids too!! The mini cities are amazing and lots of Lego to play with as well!! I love that Legoland staff really pride themselves on the safety of thier collegues... and guests. The team working there are really fun and enthusiastic, we had a lot of laughs in class while learning valuable life saving skills. LEGOLAND Discovery Centre also enjoyed the benifits of using Resus Ready's Training Desk for their enrollment and precourse work. Their certificates were issued the same day they were trained and their management team can keep track of their employee's first aid and cpr status through their VIP client portal! 11.01.2022 Happy Monday. It's cold outside so how about a little motivation to get your week warmed up. This is an oldie but a goodie. Trial and error is fine but when others have already done the hard work why not learn from them and save yourself some time and energy.

07.01.2022 With my husband away on a photoshoot in Central Australia I thought this weeks Monday Motivator was very fitting. . Where we point our camera and and what we choose to focus on matters in our lives. If we only capture the bad times then that is what we remember. Take some mental photographs this week of the good things in your life. Choose to focus on the things that make you happy and remember if things don't work out, just take another shot!

07.01.2022 Yesterday I worked with a beautiful group of women who run their own meditation and reki businesses and some of who are also teachers and trainers of meditation. . These wonderful women wanted to make their workplaces safer by learning life saving skills in First Aid through practical hands on training with Resus Ready. They all achieved their Nationally Recognised certificates and recieved them the same day of their training! . Thank you to @meditationreikiacupuncture at... Tranquil Meditation for hosting this class. Your meditation room was so warm and welcoming. . 06.01.2022 So the time has come for me to write the post that a lot of businesses have had to write. If you've trained with me before then you'd understand that I'd prefer to use the CPR song "Stayin Alive" instead of "Another One Bites the Dust" and stayin alive is what Resus Ready is going to do. As a business owner and training instructor I feel I have an obligation to keep my clients and students safe. I also understand that a lot of businesses are struggling at the moment and train...ing is probably the last thing on their minds when they are just trying to keep their staff employed. I have contacted all businesses that had previously booked in courses for over the next few months (prior to all of this happening) and for the time being I will be postponing all training. While this is still a big financial blow to my family income. I am one of the lucky businesses that doesn't have a lot of overheads so I will be putting Resus Ready in hybernation during this period. Safety has to come first and we all need to do our part to stop the spread and flatten the curve. When all of this is over and your business is ready to hire its workforce back please consider Resus Ready for your CPR and First Aid Training needs. On the other side of all of this there will be changes to how we do CPR and First Aid so it would be important to get your staff up to date. I really look forward to getting back to training your staff and making your workplace safer. Stay strong. We will get through this and be stronger for it.

But the reality is that it's not enough to just KNOW what needs to be done, if we want to see change in our lives or in our circumstances then it is up to us to APPLY that knowledge and DO SOMETHING about it. My mission for you this week is to think about the things you want out of life, make a list of things you can do NOW to make that dream into a reality and start ticking things off your list THIS WEEK. No time like the present right?
