Most people believe it has to be on a specific date; or event but every day we can make time to check with our hearts, souls, and minds and do what is needed to move forward in our lives. It is okay if it feels uncomfortable, new territory is often uncomfortable and unfamiliar. Feel into it, examine it and see how it fit into your life and patterns of behaviou...r. Few tips and tools I am using today which you can use if you want to as well. Write down the repeating patterns in your life that you want to change but phrase it in the positive. For example if you are having issues with overeating or dont like to exercise. I choose to fuel my self with healthy food that nurtures every cell in my body. My body thrives with movement and exercise. That feels so different to a focus on something you dont like. Wild Orange Essential Oil is the Oil of Abundance it assists because it holds the energetic properties of that energy, the energy and feeling are easier to maintain when you have something that holds you in that space. Imperial topaz and Golden Citrine are the crystals of Manifestation and Prosperity. Crystals are amazing and generally just want to help. Each crystal has a special purpose but all of them also hold a general blueprint for Manifestation and Prosperity and if you ask it for help it will help with that goal. 13.01.2022 How Amazing are these Products. This is K and as you can see in the first pic on the left she has inflammation and redness on her face from Cystic Acne. A week later after using the HD range look at how amazing she is the redness, inflammation, and skin are looking amazing. Clearer, less breakouts and smooth. 13.01.2022 KIDS BOREDOM BUSTER DIY Aromatherapy Playdough You will need: white flour 1 cup salt 2 tbsp... cream of tartar 2 tbsp Kid Safe Food Colouring or Fruit Juice to add colour Combine all of the ingredients together in a saucepan. Dont forget the water and oil. Cook over medium heat, stirring continuously until it thickens into a ball of dough. Keep in mind that this takes a while. Just keep stirring. Once it has cooled, which takes about twenty minutes, place the ball of dough on a lightly floured surface and begin to knead. The goal is to knead the dough enough so that it is no longer sticky. You may need to carefully add very tiny amounts of flour to your dough to achieve the desired texture. Once the dough feels right, its time to add your essential oil. Unfortunately by the time it makes its way to us its usually been sprayed with pesticides to deter insects, and fungicides to prevent mold and other nasties. Washing under the tap isnt enough to remove the residue and then we are consuming toxic chemicals meant to kill. Cue Doterras lemon oil, it assists to remove the residue of sprays and Wax also that has been applied to apples. So when your having your fresh fruity treat its a much healthier option for your lifestyle. Fill up a large bowl or even a clean kitchen sink with water, place a few drops of Lemon Oil into the water and bathe the fruit in it. All the nasties should come off in the bath. 03.01.2022 Are you feeling a little Bit Blah ? Try this combination of oils 2 drops of each with some epsom salts, and soak away that feeling. This combination is a K.O combination to help lift you out of your funk. Recipe 1 cup of epsom salts or magnesium flakes For a little bit of extra luxury (1 cup of milk or coconut milk) optional... 1 drop of Peppermint 2 drops of Geranium 2 drops of Cypress Method Combine your cup of Epsom salts or flakes and drop in your oils. 01.01.2022 I love the Doterra Diffusers. This week I came down with a seasonal bug. Breathing and Coughing became difficult and without rest my body could not be healed. Out came the Diffuser 2 drops of Easy air supported and opened up my airways and unblocked my nose so I could breathe. 2 drops of Onguard supported my Immune System to be able to heal much faster for a quick recovery.
