18.01.2022 Reclad with matching rusticated weatherboard and insulated this older extension and added a new window and door to make it weatherproof.

18.01.2022 Replaced a horrible pipe and concrete handrail with this one, far more in keeping with the Victorian era house.

18.01.2022 Replaced a weathered wooden door with a new aluminium double glazed door and frame.

17.01.2022 Just finished the biggest deck in the Southern Hemisphere for my sister and brother in law, well it felt like the biggest anyway. Ideal for tennis or badminton. Left some skin on this one.

17.01.2022 Took out an existing window and installed a bifold so the client can park his classic car in the rumpus room. That’s my van, not the classic car.

17.01.2022 Nice new laminex on this bench top. Done old school by using the old benchtops and actually re laminexing and edging them ourselves

17.01.2022 Transformed an unmanageable steep bank into a nice terrace with a privacy screen at the top. A little bit out of our usual work set but came out really well. Very happy client.

15.01.2022 Took out an ugly aluminium window and replaced with these nice wooden french doors. Strengthened the verandah roof with steel angle and removed a post to give better access through the doors.

15.01.2022 Nice shade pavilion we built recently for some long standing clients.

15.01.2022 Nice Saturday morning fitting this dado.

15.01.2022 Just created this pretty cool stairway down a very steep slope to enable the client and his dog access to the reserve and river behind his house at Pontville. I’m happy with the result and so is the client.

07.01.2022 Removed this massive doorframe from its original position, took the panels and door out. Shortened it for its new opening. Refit it to new position to replace ugly glass and door. This thing weighed a ton. My arms are still aching.

06.01.2022 We just about built a house this weekend. Two stories of temporary accommodation ready to be lined out.

05.01.2022 Did some repairs and built this balustrade for an old client at Bothwell yesterday. On the way up came across the biggest mob of sheep I’ve ever seen being moved down the road. It was strung out over about two kms and I reckon there were maybe 3 thousand of them.

05.01.2022 Of course it's not all work and no play on the job. Here's Xave with a clients dogs. Barry and Barbara.

05.01.2022 Off to Bruny Island for a quote. There doesn't seem to be a bar on the ferry. Probably for the best.

05.01.2022 Awesome little project this week, upstairs bedroom and the client wanted more of a view. Built this box window which looks fantastic. Thank you to Justin Carr for helping get a $1000 piece of glass up and into position. That was an epic operation but we showed the naysayers what we could do. Extremely happy client and I'm pretty chuffed too.

05.01.2022 700 meters of tas oak flooring went down to replace some very dated carpet.

03.01.2022 Retro fitting new double glazed windows in this house in Mt Nelson. Also opened up this end of the house with a 5 metre bifold door. Had to fit a 6 metre steel beam to carry the weight of the tile roof. Owner Cameron has measured everything beautifully and it all came together, so that took the pressure off me.

02.01.2022 Removed these dated single glazed windows and doors and installed some great double glazed aluminium units from Uptons Trading. Really opened up this unit to the outdoors.

02.01.2022 Replaced the damaged cement sheet cladding on this extension and painted the whole top story. Note the new galvanised guttering and down pipes which we replaced a few weeks ago.
