17.01.2022 Moonta Trip!!! Ride Kitesurfing will be heading to Moonta Bay on Friday the 15th, Saturday the 16th and Sunday the 17th of January. If you have not been in this area before, it is one of the best places to progress your kite skills!! ... Downwinders in flat, crystal clear water and plenty of good times to be had. We will have the Ride van full of demo/school kit and the inflatable dingy for some foil tow time if the wind isn’t cooperating. I have a house booked in Moonta bay that can accommodate 10 people These camps are a great way to meet lifelong kite friends and really progress your riding. The plan will be: Leave adelaide on Friday, meet at Parham if there is wind for a kite around 4-7pm then have a meal at the Parham sorts club (90’s prices for food and beer ) and then drive on up. Saturday: foil fun behind the boat in the morning and then kite in the arvo if there is wind, possible downwinder.... Dinner at the local pub Sunday: Do it all again and head home Cost is $50 per night per person for accommodation (if you need it) Stay two nights and you get a sick ION change mat valued at $59 To reserve your spot message me ASAP as there are limited positions. 08.01.2022 The Aldinga Bay Surf Club-hosted event will be held one weekend between Saturday 19 June and Sunday 1 August, with the event window allowing for the required weather conditions. The exact date will be confirmed three to four days prior to the weekend of the event. We will be on hand both days between noon and 3:30pm to provide free lessons to the general public, with the hour-long Come n Try sessions supported by council’s HALO (Healthy Active Lifestyles Onkaparinga) program.
