12.01.2022 Further to my post earlier this week. My apologies however Optus STILL have not been able to repair our phone line. We changed from Telstra to Optus NBN a little over a month ago and what has followed has been a comedy of errors with the icing on the cake the cancelling of our business line at no fault of ours. Everyday we are told it will be 3-5 days for the repair. So, if you have an Optus phone you can call us.
