25.01.2022 Some of the interesting bottles found in the Noosa River today! Have a scroll through the pictures, we have added a little caption to each photo of writing on the bottle etc. Enjoy!

25.01.2022 Had a wicked session with Dazzer In the Noosa River today, loading up on rubbish and bottles from Gympie Terrace!! Holiday season perhaps?? #noosa #noosariver #cleanupourriver

25.01.2022 Some great snorkelling (cold!) At Kingston in Tasmania! Cleared some tackle and lures from the kelp covered rocks, and saw a seahorse! (Spot it in the second picture!!). Such a beautiful place! #cleanupourriver #cleanupourocean

24.01.2022 Today Dazzer and Tom went off Gympie terrace for a recce to the other side. They reported great clarity and some good fish life. More bottles, half a rod with reel, hat, knife and lures and a few more interesting old bottles for the shelf! #noosa #noosariver #cleanupourriver

24.01.2022 Dazzers midday haul from earlier last week in the Noosa River. Found a very interesting bottle here! Bottle spotlights to come, stay tuned! #noosa #noosariver #cleanupourriver

24.01.2022 Anchor alert!! (Sorry for the dark pictures) Dazzer and I spent some time chipping away at the very crusty anchor we found off Gympie Terrace yesterday... talk about a transformation! Looks very old... anyone like to throw a date? Cheers! #noosa #noosariver #cleanupourriver

24.01.2022 FOUND in Noosa River: Barz prescription sunglasses. Found off Munna Point with a red strap, these glasses have small prescription lenses in the bottom, very distinctive glasses. Please share around so we can try to find the owners!!

24.01.2022 Dazzer managed to pluck some bottles out of the Noosa River despite the clarity being similar to that of mud! An old fishing knife also made the cut (haha!). Really keen for the river to start clearing up again... where has that summer time clarity gotten to? #noosa #noosariver #cleanupourriver

24.01.2022 Dazzers cleanup from the Noosa River from a morning trip recently! Some awesome lures and a beautiful blue glass jar! He did very well considering the viability was extremely poor! With the water warming up (slowly) things are beginning to spice up again. Can't wait for summertime! #noosa #noosariver #cleanupourriver

24.01.2022 Removed a bit of fishing line from the Kingston beach area in Tasmania over the weekend, which had some pretty wicked lures on the end! Saw 3 seahorses and an absolute monster of a stingray crept up on me, but loved it all! Keen to get back! #cleanupourocean

23.01.2022 It's great to be back! Started off the Summer campaign with a metal detecting session in the Noosa River with Dazzer, found some coins, a bracelet, an interesting wooden necklace, an owl necklace and the usual bit of rubbish! Here's to an awesome Summer of finds! Cheers! #noosa #noosariver #cleanupourriver

22.01.2022 Doing our part with a back to Tasmania West Coast beach cleanup with Inti. Lots of rope and plastic that will be put to good use with some possible art! #beach #beachcleanup #tasmania

21.01.2022 This morning we had a call from a lovely lady called Lyn who had heard of the 7 local news segment we were on last night. Lyn explained that she had lost her car keys off the boat house in the Noosa River earlier this week... and was looking for help. Luckily, she called the right people.... #noosa #noosariver #cleanupourriver

21.01.2022 Dazzer and Connor had a good haul with some poor visibility on the weekend! With the water getting gradually clearer there will be a bunch of rubbish and more to clear again from the river! #noosa #noosariver #cleanupourriver

20.01.2022 One awesome snorkel haul at the Noosa River this early afternoon! Inti managed all the best finds of the day, with some ray ban sunnies, a full jack Daniel's drink and some poor souls sounder! Otherwise, lots of rubbish was collected, making the river just that little bit cleaner (hopefully!) Keen for more!! #noosa #noosariver #cleanupourriver

19.01.2022 Dazzer is back in the Noosa River with a cleanup by Munna Point! Reasonable clarity found some interesting bottles, and much tackle! (Rubbish as always too...). Here's to more snorkelling! #noosa #noosariver #cleanupourriver

19.01.2022 Dazzer is back from a brief absence of snorkelling in the Noosa River during corona and visability changes. Good visability and warm (ish) waters near Munna Point provided some interesting old bottles, some hooks and lures and a large amount of fishing line! Keep to get out there much more now (with a wetsuit perhaps though) #noosa #noosariver #cleanupourriver

18.01.2022 In the water off Pelican Boat Hire Noosa , Lara and her family lost a phone and wallet in a plastic bag. They knew what had to be done. We received the call to action this morning, and Dazzer set off in the afternoon. In 2 to 3m of water, battling poor visability and a strong current, Dazzer took no more than 15 minutes to find the lost items! This man is simply a human treasure detector! Lara and her family were extremely pleased with the outcome, the phone still worked, and no money had been pinched by the local bream! Yet another retrieval well done by Dazzer! #noosa #noosariver #cleanupourriver

17.01.2022 Who spotted this little gem in the paper recently? Huge thank you to Noosa Today for doing a story on us! We really appreciate it .

17.01.2022 Blimey that was a busy Noosa river! Went over the same spot off Gympie Terrace today that we have done twice in the last 3 days and still pulled up more rubbish! Going to be lots of stuff to remove after this weekend! #noosa #noosariver #cleanupourriver

17.01.2022 A pre rain haul from Dazzers favourite bottle spot in the Noosa River last week. Nothing too interesting, but that's about a clean $2 - $3 of refund money there! Helping us buy better equipment :) . #noosa #noosariver #cleanupourriver

17.01.2022 What to do when you drop your phone in the Noosa River?? Contact us... we might just be able to help! When Tyler dropped his Samsung in the river, he thought that might the last he saw of it, yet Dazzer managed to retrieve it! It took 2 sessions and on the very last dive Dazzer returned with a suitable grin on his face... love doing this! If you have lost or are planning on losing something to the river, send us a message! We might just be able to help out... #noosa #noosariver #cleanupourriver

17.01.2022 What to do when a piece of your boat falls into the river? Contact us! Dazzer is always keen for a search and rescue and immediately sprung into action to retrieve the missing part. Clarity was ok however there was a pretty precise spot of where the piece was lost, took dazzer all of 10 minutes to find in. What a champ Remember to send us a message should you find the river swallowing your possessions! (Ideally you wouldn't loose them in the first place, but we understand that accidents happen!) #noosa #noosariver #cleanupourriver

17.01.2022 73ish bottles pulled from the Noosa River today. Not to mention plastics, knifes and more! This was the exact same location we have pulled a previous 150+ bottles out as well! Some very interesting old bottles, one still had the cork inside! Will be posting a few individual shots later on! It was nice to talk to many members of the community passing by about our haul, some even mentioned they had seen us on 7 news from a week or so back! We love what we do Now to get some good 10c refunds! #noosa #noosariver #cleanupourriver

17.01.2022 BIG shout out for these well known local diving legends (who spend their spare time cleaning up the Noosa River) Elliot Styles and Dad Dazza, came and checked ...out our anchors yesterday with GoPro in action, fascinating to see the video under water Well done guys, we saw what we needed to see! thank you! Hope you enjoyed lunch 'on us' for your wonderful efforts! you both deserve so much appreciation from the Noosa community See more

16.01.2022 Very cold and quick snorkel this afternoon at Kingston beach, Tasmania found these little beauties! We also removed a fair amount of fishing line and hooks. Saw 4 seahorses which is crazy, seen some on every snorkel I've had down here so far! Amazing creatures. I think I've finally found a lure treasure trove spot! #cleanupourocean

16.01.2022 So I decided to pick up some rubbish in Pirates Bay for my first Tassie snorkel... it was cold!!! #tasmania #snorkel #cleanupourriver As some of you may know I have moved to Tasmania for university... do not fear however! I will be snorkelling and cleaning up down here whilst Dazzer keeps the Noosa River clean up scene strong! (And of course I will be visiting and snorkelling up there as well!) Thanks for everyones support in this!

15.01.2022 Recently, William from Wildlife Noosa reached out to us regarding any hazards we knew of in the Noosa river that would be a danger to wildlife. We knew of a eucalyptus tree near Munna Point that was tangled with fishing line, which had the potential to entrap birds or any animal that would be in the tree. William went to the site and got in contact with the Noosa Tree Man, who went a removed the tangled branches! This is a great thing to happen, and we are really happy with the result! Thanks guys! #noosa #noosariver #cleanupourriver

15.01.2022 Went into the back woods of Hobart to old ruins I had found exploring... and found some seriously cool stuff with the metal detector! More to come... comment below if you recognise anything, it's all a mystery to us!

15.01.2022 Got this haul from the Noosa River last week, some beautiful bottles, a rod and the biggest lure I have ever seen (you'll see it), plus the usual rubbish! #noosa #noosariver #cleanupourriver

14.01.2022 4th snorkel in 4 days at the Noosa River and oh what a haul! Dazza, Inti and I scoured the deep trenches off Munna Point to collect bottles, fishing tackle and more! Inti managed 3 pairs of sunnies and 2 pairs of goggles! Some very interesting bottles as well! Loving the warm water and keen for a 5th day in a row! #noosa #noosariver #cleanupourriver

14.01.2022 101 bottles too be precise.....60 to go to the envirobank! Dazzer and Tom hauled this monster catch off the Gympie Terrace, Noosa River yesterday! Was a bit early tide wise and a fierce current, however the clarity was pretty good over the top of the tide! #noosa #noosariver #cleanupourriver

14.01.2022 Has anyone lost their children’s silver bracelet on the Noosa River? It has an inscription on it and looks sentimental. I found it while metal detecting and would really like to return it to the owner. Cheers

14.01.2022 More metal detecting in Tasmania found us a pair of scissors and 2 axe heads! Close to our favoruite finds there yet!

14.01.2022 Gollum is alive and well and lives in Noosa ! A lady recently contacted us with a golden problem... her husband's wedding ring had entered the murky depths of Noosa River! Springing into action, Dazzer kitted up and went to recover the lost treasure. Before he had even gotten the metal detector out, he had spotted it glinting underwater... The ring has been returned to it's owner, who were very relieved! If you or someone you know has, or is planning on losing a valued item to our river, we might just be able to help! #noosa #noosariver #cleanupourriver

13.01.2022 Dazzers morning haul! With the visability slowly getting better, finally it's worth getting in! Although now the temperature is dropping... Few pairs of sunnies that cleaned up well, and the usual trash in the river. #noosa #noosariver #cleanupourriver

13.01.2022 We were on the news!!! https://www.facebook.com/7NEWSSC/videos/1526544940817269/

13.01.2022 Some very interesting bottles from the Noosa River! We believe the half imperial pint is for milk, the bottle with the ship on it possibly whiskey? However we are stumped to know what the blue bottle could have held... any ideas anyone? #noosa #noosariver #cleanupourriver

13.01.2022 Clean up Australia Day is upon us! Whether it's 1, 3 or 10 pieces of rubbish or a garbage bag full, we encourage everyone to get out and do their bit! Every piece helps, so get on out there everyone!! Cheers!

12.01.2022 Who spotted this in the Noosa News paper a few weeks back?? #noosa #noosariver #cleanupourriver

11.01.2022 Worth a read and survey if you ask us!!

11.01.2022 Heres some videos of a snorkel trip we did recently to Kingston in Tasmanina. The cold water houses a very different ecosystem to what I'm used to up north! Enjoy!

11.01.2022 In the early hours of this morning, Dazzer and I received a call to action to the Noosa River from Craig at Pelican Boat Hire Noosa. Yesterday, a guest had lost a large, gold earring off the jetty there and it was our job to find it. Metal detectors in hand, we found the earring and returned it to a delighted Craig and owner. What a buzz we get from this! Also picked a few items off the jetty area, however the good news was the area was extremely clean and rubbish free . Here's to the next adventure in our river! #noosa #noosariver #cleanupourriver

10.01.2022 A Munna Point cleanup ft. Our new safety device! In the Noosa River there are so many boats we thought we should get ourselves a diver flag for the holidays and boat traffic (there's still those who like to come nice and close anyway!). Tested it at Munna Point where we got some rubbish, a $2500 drone and an iPhone!! Awesome haul, keen for more! #noosa #noosariver #cleanupourriver

10.01.2022 Back in Noosa for 3 days, too murky to snorkel, maybe clean a small island instead? Well that's what we did today. This small island, dubbed 'Sir Rex Beach' on Google Maps has always been a rubbish tip for campers there. It took about 1 hour to fully pick up almost all the rubbish there, which included swag poles, glass bottles (whole and broken), plastics and fishing line. It's always been a site of strewn rubbish, but we hope clearing it once more (as I've seen people do in the past) will keep it a bit nicer for a bit longer... #noosa #noosariver #cleanupourriver

09.01.2022 Since Tasmania's water is too clean I decided to have a cleanup of the nearby bush, needless to say we ran out of bin bags and must return. Oh and I'm coming back to Noosa this summer, so get keen for some awesome snorkel cleanups and finds!

09.01.2022 Not to scare anyone but just a reminder we do share the river with these impressive animals, yet that's no reason not to jump in and pick up some rubbish! https://www.9news.com.au//dfe59cb7-a75c-44e1-be3e-4740f582

09.01.2022 A few days ago Seb was having a cast of his throw net off the end of gympie terrace, Noosa River when those pesky rocks decided to latch onto it. Seb reached out to us, so Dazzer got his gear and went to retrieve it! Unfortunately the net was quite compromised at the point of recovery but, hey, something for Seb to fix during this period of social distancing! If you have lost or are planning on losing anything in the river, give us a message, we might just be able to get it back for you! (Plus we love doing it!)

08.01.2022 Dazzer and Connor enjoyed the clearing water off Gympie Terrace with a good clean up! A mug with a very suitable expression for the coming winter months, a very unlucky persons light and some sunnies to name some interesting finds! #noosa #noosariver #cleanupourriver

08.01.2022 FOUND: Men's Gold wedding ring. Stamped with Prouds Jewlers Found in the Noosa river today with the metal detector, it has two names engraved inside 'Laurie and Daphnie.' It's has a couple more words engraved as well. It seems like an older ring as Prouds have nit stamped their rings for some years now. If anyone knows who these people are or who could've lost a ring please let us know. We will require you to be able to name the other engraved words as well as show us proof of Identification. Let's hope we can find them!

08.01.2022 The crystal clear midday tide at the Noosa River uncovered lots of rubbish and interesting things, 4 pairs of sun glasses, bottles and more! Can't wait to go again! #noosa #noosariver #cleanupourrover

08.01.2022 Now this water has cleared after the rain we can get back in the Noosa River and remove what's been uncovered! Dazzer found a tangle of fishing line which he followed to reveal a rod! Pulled a bunch of fishing line, tackle and lures off sand bags and even got lucky with a pair of oakley sunnies! Lots of boats about so stayed close to shore. #noosa #noosariver #cleanupourriver

07.01.2022 FOUND IN NOOSA RIVER: Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra Found off Munna Point, whoever lost this would be gutted. SIM card does not work so couldn't trace an owner. Please share around to find whose phone it is! It no longer works but the owner may be able to claim warranty. You'll have to tell me the service provider, describe what sort of case it came with and what it was found in to claim! And proof of purchase. Hopefully we can find who lost it! #noosa #noosariver #lostitem

07.01.2022 Another hard day in the office at the Noosa River with ANOTHER anchor found off Munna Point. 3m deep with only a bit of rope poking out, gave it a scan with the metal detector and gave us a huge reading, confirming our suspicions... we managed to muscle the anchor from the sand! We removed a large number of lead weights (poisonous!?) and a large bundle of fishing line from the sand bags, lots of plastic bait bags and bottles as well! One bottle is a Rosella jam jar from 1954! We will be back out tomorrow to clean up what we can of the woods... hopefully with a treasure or two! #noosa #noosariver #cleanupourriver

06.01.2022 Some more metal detecting finds from the ruins in the bush near me in Hobart! Some very interesting stuff to come in a post this arvo! 2nd photo is where we are digging, it is hard to see but there is the outline of a building which made us think it might be worth metal detecting, and it was!

06.01.2022 With the floating orange housing it would be bobbing along somewhere close by, hopefully someone has picked it up!

06.01.2022 Back from Tasmania for a while now! Already done a few snorkel but forgot to take photos... here is today's haul from the Noosa River with Inti, with coins, pliers and a pretty awesome lure! The usual rubbish! Super keen to get out again! #noosa #noosariver #cleanupourriver

05.01.2022 Not the best clarity this morning at the Noosa River however nonetheless we managed a haul of significance! Tom came along for the session, which produced interesting goods such a fishing rod, bendy light, lures, a knife, a barbeque scraper thing and some kids goggles! Also managed a fair few bit of plastic! #noosa #noosariver #cleanupourriver

05.01.2022 Well when you cant see your hand in front of your face what do you expect!! #noosa #noosariver #cleanupourriver

04.01.2022 Yesterday Dazzer snapped up a good haul of bottles and other rubbish in the Noosa River, some interesting older ones!! #noosa #noosariver #cleanupourriver

03.01.2022 Charlie joined us in the Noosa River today for a marathon session of about 2.5 hours in the water... unfortunately the water was very murky yet we still managed to clear a bit of rubbish and find the odd treasure, lures, knifes, plastics and more! #noosa #noosariver #cleanupourriver

03.01.2022 I havent even made a dent, there is still so much more left on the beach. Its actually heart breaking. Please everyone, pick up micro plastic and save an old turtles life. Not looking for brownie points, just raising awareness of how bad plastic is

02.01.2022 Dazzers morning bottle haul from the Noosa River! Few interesting ones in the pictures, one is a really nice whiskey bottle with the cork still inside! Water is clearing up nicely from the rain a few weeks back now! #noosa #noosariver #cleanupourriver

02.01.2022 Dazzer and Connor spent a session removing the build of of fishing line and gear from the Noosa River yesterday and found some interesting lures for their efforts, despite the mediocre clarity! #noosa #noosariver #cleanupourriver

02.01.2022 Huge bottle and trash haul from the Noosa River by Dazzer recently! Some really interesting bottles! Do you recognise any? #noosa #noosariver #cleanupourriver

02.01.2022 Quick flashback to the snorkel where we found the gold ring... we forgot about the other finds in the excitement! Had some good fishing gear removal from the river with the boys. Won't be long until Dazzer is back on the coast cleaning up.. hang in there! #noosa #noosariver #cleanupourriver

02.01.2022 Nice afternoon haul from Dazzer and Pete cleared lots of rubbish and sunglasses from the river! Legends! #noosa #noosariver #cleanupourriver

02.01.2022 20 minutes with pretty poor visibility (from all this lovely rain!) Still Dazzer managed a small haul! Very busy, might be worth giving the river a miss until school goes back! #noosa #noosariver #cleanupourriver

02.01.2022 Yesterday's haul from the Noosa River, 5 sunglasses, bottles, a rod and lots of rubbish! Another snorkel this arvo before the rain... post up tomorrow! #noosa #noosariver #cleanupourriver

01.01.2022 I wonder where in the Noosa River we found all this??? Although a bit murky we managed to pull some bottles, rubbish, a beyond ruined oppo phone, some wine glasses and lures! #noosa #noosariver #cleanupourriver

01.01.2022 To celebrate the new addition of another metal detector for Dazzer we thought we would break them in at the minefield off the Gympie Terrace end toilet blocks. Plenty of coins, fishing weights and random metal scraps! Got some plastics out as well which us always good. Also managed to find this wicked anchor that is suspiciously old! Sorry for the photo having an awkward background, I had work in 20 minutes from then! With 2 metal detectors, more people joining us in the action and a hot Summer ahead, things are looking awesome! #noosa #noosariver #cleanupourriver
