11.01.2022 It's no secret we love a good, long bike ride - but when we saw the mammoth ride Mitch Cook is attempting next month, you could say were were a little ! In just under a month, Mitch will be riding the equivalent vertical height as Mount Everest, which means he'll be riding from the highway to Tawonga Gap and back 19 times (not even we love riding THAT much!) He's doing it all with the mission of raising money for mental health, and he's getting really close to his $5...K goal, so please put your support behind such an incredible effort. She's picked the Scott Contessa Spark 29-inch and says it's her favourite because it makes climbing almost as enjoyable as the decent - not to mention it’s a pretty colour! And sparkles! What more could you want? The good news? This beautiful bike is available to rent, so if you feel like a day on the trails, you can take it out for a spin and see what all the hype is about for yourself!

06.01.2022 If you don't mind spending 12+ hours on a bike, and you're looking for an epic physical and mental challenge to take on in 2021 - welcome to the Peaks Challenge! Happening on Sunday, 7th March, the Peaks Challenge is a 235km loop ride starting at Falls Creek and riding up Tawonga Gap, Mount Hotham and through Omeo before heading up the back of Falls Creek. Glenyse is currently in training - who wants to join her? (Although she says you have to be prepared to ride slowly...)... Check out the video below and the @bBicycle Network for more info!

A huge congratulations to Mitch Cook on achieving not only his incredible goal of surpassing the vertical height of Mount Everest by riding 10,000 vertical metres in one ride, but for raising over $9K (and counting!) for men’s mental health. Mitch, we hope you’re taking it easy this week, but no doubt we’ll see you back on the bike (and perhaps in your Everesting Finishers jersey?) soon!

03.01.2022 As we really get stuck into 2021 and put 2020 behind us, there are so many lessons learnt during tough times that we can use to make a new year even better. Don't forget to stop and breathe every now and then. Enjoy each moment, don't take things for granted (like going out for coffee with friends!), and be patient, considerate and understanding of those around you. Here's to a bigger and better year for us all!
