16.01.2022 SPUNLAGO LOOKING TOWARD THE SPRING The evergreen 9YO SPUNLAGO is gearing up for another spring campaign and those close to horse couldn't be more excited. The winner of the 2020 Albury Cup has won 13 races amassing a whopping $470,670 in prize money along the way and we will be hoping he has a couple more days in the winners stall.

09.01.2022 Ron Stubbs Racing is looking to build on a solid 2019-20 racing season and our base in Albury, NSW gives us great access to Victoria and allows us to target races like the Tab Highways, Country Championships and Kosciuszko. We recently finished 4th in the SDRA Country Championships Qualifier with YOUSAY BOLT and won the $200,000 Albury Cup with SPUNLAGO who were both leased from the same owner as these fillies. 08.01.2022 NO BORDERS WITH RON It was an impressive display by NO BORDERS who streaked away at Albury over the 900m under the urgings of Mathew Cahill. It has been a case of patience and timing with this Unencumbered mare and she blew them away as a 4YO on debut. Abby Stubbs has been working closely with NO BORDERS and she deserves plenty of credit for this win and we couldn’t achieve these results without her.

07.01.2022 RON STUBBS RACING UPDATE The 4 fillies that were available for lease are now ready to begin their racing campaigns. Ron has inspected them and they are all looking fantastic after their spelling phase. We are excited to get the STREET BOSS x THIS LADY ROCKS and STREET BOSS x EGGS Filly into the stables this week and they will be followed up with the MAGNUS x CRYSTAL SPRITE and NOSTRADAMUS x FEBRUARYTWELVE Fillies shortly....
