23.01.2022 Congratulations to Jo Dare awarded Divison 1 Best and Fairest for 2019 at the WWCHA Presentation last night.

19.01.2022 WWCHA will be holding a working bee at the Jubilee Park Grounds on Saturday 14 March 2020 commencing at 8am. We need as many members there as we can as there is... a lot of work to do to prepare the grounds for the 2020 Winter Season. What to bring along on the day-a leaf blower (if you have one), a rake, gloves, hat and sunscreen. A free sausage sizzle will be provided at the end of the working bee. Looking forward to having as many members there to help out. The Board WWCHA

13.01.2022 Wagga Wagga Combined Hockey Association Presentation Night 14th September

13.01.2022 Sharyn Wellham Life Membership to Wagga Wagga Combined Hockey Association

13.01.2022 Hi Everyone, just some further clarification and a more commonsense approach to the penalty for players picking up the ball during a game. For the first time a ...player picks up the ball, the umpires will issue a warning and for the 2nd offence by the same player umpires will issue a green card. It is important to note that players must attempt to retrieve the ball using their sticks. We understand this is a significant change of player culture, but we do need to get used to not picking up the ball so that is becomes the norm, given COVID-19 will still be with us next year. In addition if a ball becomes stuck and cannot be retrieved we are asking clubs to immediately provide another ball. From the umpires perspective they also are not allowed to pick up the ball, but they can use their feet to reposition the ball where possible and practicle. Whilst these protocols may seem a bit over the top they have been sanctioned by Hockey NSW and are designed to be a part of reducing the spread. Finally apologies for the additional post. The Board WWCHA
