11.01.2022 RUBY RACING AND BREEDING 2020 JOB OPPORTUNITY A few great opportunities available to work in a boutique yearling preparation for Magic Millions sales in February. This preparation will be from 3rd December to the 14th/15th of February.... We are currently looking for one full time worker to work one on one with the yearlings for their day to day work. This can include a few days of parading for clients where overtime will be paid or hours will be adjusted. Must be available Monday to Saturday from 4:45am to 11am minimum. Experience with young horses is preferred but confidence and passion is required. It is a great opportunity for a learning experience and we are open to teaching what needs to be done. Work ethic and care for the horses is a must. We are also seeking one part time worker that can come in for the afternoons and feed and muck out. This could suit as a summer job or some extra afternoon hours. Not every afternoon is necessary but Sunday morning is a must. This could also lead to more handling of the horses if the person wishes or extra time on parade days or sales. Capability, passion, care and reliability is necessary.
