I find it curious that you need to be medically diagnosed with depression/anxiety to be covered for psychologist visits...when these visits are beneficial for understanding basic coping mechanisms for the stressors or events that occur in everyones life. We all experience ups and downs! Speak up and keep checking on those around you. #mentalhealthawareness

06.01.2022 A friend sent this image to me and it struck me that I only recently heard the term Queen Bee Syndrome. I have witnessed QBS in the workplace but didnt have a descriptive word to pinpoint the behaviour. On reflection, Im sure there have been times when my inner voice has compared or unconsciously judged other females. I feel its important to openly discuss these behaviors so we can be aware of it, call it out and adjust our mindsets accordingly. Have you seen queen bee syndrome in others?
