INGREDIENTS: 225g butter 110g brown sugar 275g GF or plain flour 1 Tbsp Flavourista Vanilla Topping 75g choc chips (or put as many as you like if you love your chocolate) DIRECTIONS: Preheat oven to 180C. Cream butter and sugar in a bowl until smooth and creamy. Fold through flour. Mix in Vanilla Topping. Stir through chocolate chips. Spoon onto a baking tray lined with paper and press down lightly with the back of the spoon. Ingredients: 250g baby portabella mushrooms 3 Tbsp Flavourista Roasted Garlic Smash Olive Oil 1/2 tsp Flavourista Stockman’s Whip Salt 1 Tbsp of any one of our Spice Blends 75g grated parmesan cheese Directions: Preheat oven 200C. In a large, plastic, re-sealable bag, add all ingredients. Shake and massage to evenly coat all of the mushrooms. Place mushrooms button-side down on a baking sheet. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
