23.01.2022 I ran out of the on guard hand soap last month so I started to make my own, all natural products with the vitamin E and aloe vera added in there as well as the gentle and unscented castille soap. It's so nourishing on your hands. I always recommend building up your single oils first, and blends, so you have the full collection to choose from to make whatever diffuser blends and items you need, from hand soap to facial serum. There is something about making your own products... and knowing exactly what is in them and making exactly what you want at the time with the oils of your choosing that feels very satisfying. It saves a heap of money too.

22.01.2022 So happy this BALANCE deoderant is now available hete in Oz, as ive been buying it from the US. I've found it much improved compared to the original doTerra deoderant available here in Australia which I found sometimes left marks on dark t-shirts (years ago, the original formula) when I exercised and worked up a sweat. The balance one is really good and effective. As a ka huna massage bodyworker, often a high energy and hot massage with warm coconut oil; it's important I smell good and the Balance keeps me grounded And of course, no aluminium or other nasties!

19.01.2022 " . " ~ ' ( -)' ... Inspired to share this beautiful and empowering blend with all those who are feeling they could do with a bit of support (from themselves). Learning to recognise we are all very capable, and then learning it is also a wonderful thing to be able to acknowledge that sometimes we could do with a boost of something externally to help us feel empowered as well. Works for me Rebecca

17.01.2022 Am feeling a little bit special I just love these little 4ml roll ons. I'm so glad I bought 2 ! But I am sending one to my mum. The packaging is actually extraordinarily beautiful ! I'd almost buy the collection for packaging alone, and the oils are to die for We are familiar with all of them except the brand new, and only available with this collection, BLUE LOTUS. I find this ancient oil very subtie. It's beautiful. I've heard others find it much more potent. I lov...e that each of our chemistry is unique and the oils work on all of us in a unique manner. The more i experience these oils, the more I am in awe of their magic.

17.01.2022 Cool ! love that we can do so much to support our health with plant medicine ! Whilst i don’t have any nail / fungal issues, many years ago, on returning from months in the South American jungle, i brought back a funny fungal nail thing, no doubt from swimming in the amazon river and hanging in the wilds of the Amazonian jungle. i tried everything back in the days when i relied more on doctors and pharmacies to cure my somewhat unsightly nail. ... It turned out , after a year of toxic chemical applications and ingestion of not so healthy antibiotics etc, a homeopathic remedy finally got rid of it, overnight in fact !!!!! Imagine if i’d known about plant medicine back then ! Using a couple of essential oils might have saved me a year of desperately looking at my poor toe nail.

13.01.2022 Today I am struck again by the accuracy of these oils. When I first starting using essential oils, I would consult my essential oil books with all the conditions and emotions and seek an oil or combination of oils that would help me. I still do that of course but I also find I am intuitively picking oils now that are SPOT ON !!! ... I was chatting to my friend Jayne only a day ago that with all that's gone on lately with the fires and death of wildlife, (I work with WIRES) I am exhausted - mentally and emotionally. I knew I was adrenally fatigued. This morning I went to my oils and picked out Basil and opened the lid and put a few drops in the palm of my hand and breathed in the aroma. I found it heavenly and basil has never been my favourite oil. So here's the thing. Your appreciation and need for certain essential oils changes as your own body and mind change and I truly believe you are drawn to the oils you need in a particular moment. This is what I just read up about Basil from an emotional perspective. Basil 'Renewal' Adrenal exhaustion, fatigue, low energy, being overwhelmed, inability to cope with life stressors. Basil brings strength to the heart and relaxation to the mind. It gives hope and optimiism to the tired soul. Increases natural energy, so we can achieve greater balance and health. Companion Oils : Wild Orange, Peppermint, Lavender Peace, Grapefruit, Red Mandarin How to use : Inhale from bottle or palms, or diffuse Topically apply 3-5 drops over adrenals (kidney area / lower back) or on bottom of the feet in the morning and before bed. I will be using Basil for the next week. This morning I applied as above and also combined it with Red Mandarin, just for fun. I am so thankful to these oils and the fun we have together and support they give me.

04.01.2022 D A V A N A Essential Oil This is so my oil right now!!! During my very last of 60 assessments for my wild animal studies yippee.. I can taste the freedom only weeks away I'm now covered in DAVANA - see what happens. I like Desiree's words about dreadfulness ---> procrastination and playfulness leading to completion.... What are you needing to focus on at the moment ? What is on the top of your list of things you are avoiding ?

03.01.2022 I love the suggestion in Scott’s article below of clove and peppermint in toothpaste. Here is a recipe i’ve been using to make our toothpaste at home. It’s remineralising, all natural and you can choose your own flavour via choice of EOs. Two of us ended up doing the alchemy and tasted so much toothpaste to get our favorite flavour - we were so happy with the result and it’s the best fun too! Article with recipe below:... TOOTHPASTE with egg shells source: http://www.healthyandnaturalworld.com/eggshells-to-heal-ca/ The advantage of this toothpaste is that it contains natural ingredients, it’s cheap and effective. It also allows you to avoid commercial toothpastes that may cause cancer or embed plastic in your gums. You may have heard that baking soda is abrasive, and therefore eggshells may be the same. However, compared to commercial toothpastes, baking soda and eggshells are much less abrasive, and therefore healthier for your teeth. You will need: cup eggshells or calcium magnesium tablets (ground up) About 2 Tbs. or more coconut oil (there are other amazing reasons to use coconut oil) 1 Tbs. baking soda Optional ingredients to add: 1 tsp. Castile soap (Castile soap is an olive oil based soap and its name is originated from Castile, Spain, a region renowned for its olive oil. It gives the recipe a smoother consistency. (Dr Bronners Castile soap is a great choice ). 1 tsp. sea salt A few drops PEPPERMINT essential oil. This essential oil is amazing and so versatile and gives a fresh feeling in the mouth. Other suggested oils are CLOVE, SPEARMINT, MYRRH, ON GUARD (dterra immunity blend) and so many others .. Preparation: Give the eggshells a rinse and boil them for a few minutes to get rid of the pathogens. Then air dry them. Grind up the shells or tablets in a coffee grinder until they turn into a fine powder. Combine the ingredients in a bowl, adding coconut oil until it reaches a smooth consistency (you can adjust the amount of the coconut oil). Add the optional ingredients if you want. Store in a jar. You can use a spoon to put the mixture on your tooth brush. Please please only use a CTPG oil. Message me if you are unsure, or dont know how to get a good selection of safe therapeutic oils - and at wholesale prices which i pay. Please don’t pay retail!! Please know also that a 100% pure essential oil may have synthetics and plastics and fillers in it, as the Essential Oil industry is NOT regulated and anyone can sell a bottle of essential oil and label it pure. Enjoy a pearly white fresh mouth knowing it’s all natural and costs next to nothing to make. x Rebecca

03.01.2022 Sometimes someone unfamiliar with essential oils or dterra in particular may ask - why doTerra? there are so many essential oils out there (some cheaper). CPTG.... 52 tests of purity ... quality control .... independent third party (unassociated with doterra) testing ... Dr Hill and his lab technicians’ understanding of biological chemistry... bioavailability and the positive impact on our brains, our emotions, our bodies and HOW this happens ? and the consistency of dterr...a oils and blends .... ever noticed they are completely reliable and consistent ? I find it reassuring to know these oils actually DO something. Maybe because these last few years in particular, i am all about putting my lifelong dreams into ACTION, maybe that’s why i love them. Their amazing aromas are almost beside the point. ! On this point. my Dad loves them, but interestingly, after a biopsy years ago of a tumour on his pituitary gland, he can’t even smell ! but the fact he is fly-free on his days on the golf-course and that he sleeps a full nights sleep now, every night, he’s always calls me regularly to put his order in. Love you Dad so yep .. it’s all about the biological chemistry .. the science .. and what they DO.
