25.01.2022 Perfect white gold wedding set. A little sparkle with individual bezel set diamonds across the finger and a satin finish men’s ring.

24.01.2022 Natures designer colour swatch. Australian Lightning Ridge opal dress ring. Could stare at the colours in this all day. @ Sassart Studio

24.01.2022 This was such a great project. Incorporating five friends into a piece for them all to receive on their significant birthdays over a six year span. Each ring represents them; polished, satin, hammered, bead and twisted. With the birthday girls being the gold band. Timeless and can be incorporated into earrings, a ring , pendant or even bracelet.

24.01.2022 Three tone Russian wedder, a classic that never goes out of fashion. @ Sassart Studio

23.01.2022 How its been in the studio today, glad this ones over

23.01.2022 25 years celebrating SassArt. A heartfelt thanks to all that continue to support my business and trust me to create pieces for them. Best job ever, most days!

22.01.2022 Saturday’s vibes

22.01.2022 Just wanted to give Sue and her business Impress promotions a shout out as I am one mega happy client. Just the idea to have your own wine label is such a brilliant idea, it definitely perked up my interest and filled me with Christmas cheer. The finished product is just perfection not to mention a great drop! Best way to promote my business this year. Such a perfect thank you gift or even hostess gift. I loved the idea so much I had a dozen made for my friend so she can pass on the cheer as well. @ Sassart Studio

22.01.2022 Whats great start to the new financial year in the studio. Five rings delivered. Engagement, dress and commitment rings all done, bracelets finished, earrings completed, pendant finally ready for the diamond setter and an epic bangle on its way to completion. Repairs almost up to date. Finally seeing the light at the end of the tunnel. Job board still looking a little scary but being so full means lots of jobs.

21.01.2022 Perfect Sydney winters day

21.01.2022 Some rings just say wow! Using sentimental stones, the round zircons set off the repolished amethyst perfectly. A dramatic sweeping side detail to finish off the ring. Such a joy to look at from every angle. @ Sassart Studio

21.01.2022 Hand engraved intaglio seal signet ring in rose gold. Such a pleasure once again to be part of a surprise birthday present that thanks to covid took longer than expected to be presented. @ Sassart Studio

21.01.2022 The perfect graduation gemstone, as citrine attracts wealth, prosperity and success. It imparts joy, wonder, delight and enthusiasm. Raises self-esteem and self-confidence. Stimulates the brain, strengthening the intellect. The stone promotes motivation, activates creativity and encourages self-expression. @ SassArt Jewellers

19.01.2022 Such great sentiment using clients sapphires fossicked from a teenage trip and silver for their 25th anniversary, this creation was a total surprise to the wearer. Being a part of peoples occasions and making little pieces of history is the best!

19.01.2022 Gold hunting at the studio

18.01.2022 Giddy up! Yellow gold and diamonds @ Sassart Studio

17.01.2022 Miss Rubys photo shoot. Natural ruby with diamond surround @ Sassart Studio

17.01.2022 Although on first glance this Aussie sapphire is a deep blue, once the light hits her an array of tones appear, even a corner of green. Halo set with diamonds with a beaded border, such a beautiful engagement ring @ Sassart Studio

15.01.2022 Such a timeless classic. A great example of how to zhush a solitaire, simply halo it with more sparkle. With a matching diamond band, how can you go wrong.

15.01.2022 A moment in time This brooch is an amazing family piece created from old sentimental jewellery, the centre stone from her mum, the seven gold petals individually rolled out and domed representing each child and the hand filed nineteen silver outer petals representing all the grandchildren. The two leaves representing the great grandchildren with diamonds inside for the ones yet to be born. Such a fantastic piece to have the pleasure to make. @ SassArt Jewellers

15.01.2022 With the beauty of the anniversary ring (posted on Tuesday) this ring was created to sit along side it. Using the diamonds from the engagement ring we created this beauty. Now the perfect set. @ Sassart Studio

15.01.2022 The perfect collaboration with myself and my client. Using a sapphire from an unworn ring, we designed together this amazing white gold birthday ring. With great shoulder detail and a top section worthy of showing of the watery blue of this stone. Diamonds on either end to enhance the sparkle. Another joy to make

14.01.2022 Sleeping beauty turquoise, bezel set in a split chain pendant. Classic yet modern in style. Amazing colour. @ SassArt Jewellers

14.01.2022 This was a great challenge, taking two regimental badges, merging together to create a one off customised badge. Step one was to print out and cut up the badges, working the elements together. Using CAD to design up the piece, adding depth to the tank, curves to the wings. Printing in wax and casting in sterling silver. Adding sapphires and rhodium plating to stop tarnishing. Such a great result. @ SassArt Jewellers

13.01.2022 Take a minute to appreciate this 70 gram plus handmade bangle. This is the result of three generations of jewellery, great conversations, amazing ideas and inspirations, and classically trained skills of jewellery, stone setting and hand engraving. Using the metal and stones acquired over time, creating a strong solid base, placing and setting the stones then hand engraving inspired swirls from one of the melted rings. With the three generations of women engraved on the inside of the bangle, taking historical pieces and creating a new one. It definitely doesnt happen overnight, in a week or even a month, SassArt creations take time and a village. @ Sassart Studio

12.01.2022 Herkimer diamond set in a classic white gold solitaire ring. Although actually a quartz stone, the "diamond" in the name is due to both its clarity and natural faceting - crystals possess double termination points and 18 total faces (six on each point, six around the center). My client was looking for a diamond but not diamond to surprise his wife with.... tick. @ Sassart Studio

12.01.2022 The ultimate anniversary ring. Including both daughters birthstones and some sparkly diamonds in between. A fresh take on using cabochon stones. @ Sassart Studio

11.01.2022 You know youre getting old when you remember meeting the bride to be before she was in her teens. Congrats guys, was such a pleasure making this rose gold and diamond delight. Not to mention you finally got your ring!!! @ Sassart Studio

11.01.2022 A very stylish everyday wearing ring, with a touch of bling. Six stones across the top and the pattern continued around the band. @ Sassart Studio

11.01.2022 Diamond bubbles set into a platinum and yellow gold disc pendant. Made from meaningful jewellery, melted and rolled out, fused together with the edges melted to give a lovely tactile feel. @ Sassart Studio

10.01.2022 Hand forged sterling silver bangle. Such a delight when I can create from old unworn jewellery with the idea of something organic. Hand curved and melted edges with a hand beaten smaller band floating in the middle. @ Sassart Studio

10.01.2022 What a perfect combination. I never get tired of this classic diamond and pearl look, using both white and black diamonds with a south sea pearl drop. On a long chain that can be clipped in to be worn at any length. @ Sassart Studio

10.01.2022 Sign of a great jewellery making class when theres little to put away.

09.01.2022 I was so happy to see this cushion cut pink sapphire gem find its forever home with one of the nicest ladies of Berowra, and I think the first I met when moving here over seven years ago. Another Art Deco inspired dream ring, with diamond side details set in two tone gold. @ Sassart Studio

09.01.2022 Moldavite, nicknamed The Stone of Transformation is thought to have been created from a meteorite that crash-landed 14.8 million years ago. Sometimes the history of the stone itself is too fascinating not to share. A simple claw set earring to show off these beauties. @ Sassart Studio

09.01.2022 The beauty of this opal only needed a little metal to create the pendant, nothing to distract from the colours within.

08.01.2022 Handmade solid rose gold bangle, a solid disc charm with diamond set S. The perfect 18th present. @ SassArt Jewellers

08.01.2022 Oh Miss Ruby you are a spectacular ring! From the first moment I was sent the pictures and videos of this 2ct plus Mozambique ruby, I knew she was going to be a winner. The surrounding diamonds and Art Deco inspired design of the ring just showcases her full beauty.

08.01.2022 Stones collected from that time when we could travel to other lands. Bezel and claw set. Love the contrast of colours.

05.01.2022 The perfect bespoke solid 14ct sculptured bow pendant and trace chain, with a black sapphire and white diamond. At 35mm across, it’s a fabulous everyday piece.

04.01.2022 Crisp and clean! Using an old chain to remodel into this classic band. Perfect for everyday wear. @ SassArt Jewellers

03.01.2022 The detail of the diamonds set in white gold weaving with the yellow gold creates such a visual delight, setting the one carat centre diamond off perfectly. Another stunning engagement ring for a fab couple. @ Sassart Studio

03.01.2022 London blue topaz, such a great stone colour. An Art Deco inspired ring with a white gold top section, diamond sides, and a rose gold band. @ SassArt Jewellers

03.01.2022 This was such a fun job, creating small gold frames for perspex inserts and filling them with gold panned from a previous trip and diamonds from heirloom pieces. Having them detachable so they can be worn with diamond studs.

01.01.2022 Prepping for the weekend!

01.01.2022 Yellow and rose gold interlocking circle studs. Fantastic for everyday wear. @ Sassart Studio
