22.01.2022 I recently fixed this little timber awning window out at Nundah. Some customers have remarked that they've struggled to find a glass company to come out to fix their timber windows. Not exactly sure why - but I assume it's because timber windows can be a tad more labour intensive!? There's definitely a knack to them - I do remember dreading them as an apprentice. But hey; I quite enjoy them these days. 15.01.2022 Worked alongside Wade from Wade Johnson Carpentry this morning, bringing new life to an outdated corner of this home. Wade's building in the old outdoor patio turning it into neat little sunroom extension. He did the timber carpentry work and I handled these glass panels. 6.38mm clear laminated safety glass. Improved sound proofing, enhanced home security and more natural daylight coming indoors. A great result and very happy customers. Win - Win. Cheers for your support Wade. 15.01.2022 Old glass on the left; new glass on the right. This was the first step of the process for this customer in revamping their entryway. Now that their out-dated glass has been replaced, all that's left is to hang their new front door and give the timber a few coats of paint to freshen things up. You'll find most modern doors also have this type of glass so they tie together nicely. Another happy customer at D Bay. Have a great day folks!
