17.01.2022 Organic produce is grown without the addition of any pesticides, herbicides or artificial fertilisers. Only natural minerals and ingredients are used to maintain healthy soils for crops, pastures & animals in a sustainable & holistic system of agriculture. On our farm we raise dorper lambs which are rangeland grazed on naturally grown pastures & sometimes supplemented with a mineral lick, hay & grain depending the seasonal conditions & availability of feed to produce a healthy chemical & antibiotic free product. An annual audit is undertaken for certification of producers to ensure compliance, awareness of industry developments & integrity of the organic market.

17.01.2022 During the summer months things are pretty dry & desolate. You would not be seeing Selby at its best. We will also do some maintenance during this time. We look forward to seeing you next year...?!

An organisation that provides supportive networks, agricultural experiences and valuable cultural exchange for both the travellers and farming families. We have made many special connections with people from all over the world and are honoured to share our home, our land and our lifestyle with these people. This is Lena, Julia & Lanna from Germany who stayed with us before Christmas. They were a group of beautiful girls even cooking us a German favourite..a wonderful addition to our family for a week.
