21.01.2022 What happens during a Reiki treatment? During a Reiki treatment you will be resting on a comfortable massage table. Clients can also receive Reiki healing whilst seated on a chair. Clients lay on their backs, either with support or in a modified position to suit individual comfort levels. The treatment will begin at the head, followed by the torso and limbs, down to the feet. If clients are able to rest on their stomach (pillow supports are available to ensure your comfort), hands can also be placed on the back from the shoulders to the lower back. Energy flows through the practitioners hands to the client's body.

It is something we all do and yet a lot of us do not breathe correctly If you suffer from anxiety, stress, tension then you are probably shallow breathing Put one hand on your chest and one on your tummy and take note which area rises and falls.
