22.01.2022 With slightly more pinot noir dominance followed by equal parts meunier and chardonnay the Assembly by @clareburder is a complex wine with maturity. Layers of dried citrus peel, potpourri, candlenut and sourdough crust with subtle galangal notes on the nose. Back up with redcurrants and freeze dried raspberries on the black palate above baked citrus and creamy textures from 55 months on lees. Finishing dry and textural. Plz Don't drink too cold. Slight smokey character reminiscent of paprika but with a autumnal vibe. Palate is structured, textured, balanced with powdery tannins and clean acidity.
