03.01.2022 "I had 4 settlements booked for the day, 2 PEXA & 2 Manuel. 2 PEXA deals settled by 11.30 2 manuals booked for 12.15 & 12.45, to be told that both manuals had to be postponed to 2 & 3pm. I personally had to attend the settlements, which took me away from my business from 1-4.30pm. It was most frustrating at the 3pm settlement to find out at the last minute that NAB didnt have the Title, it was still in Melbourne, thus calling off settlement. These types of delays in the manual world cause stress, loss of time and extra costs to all involved. I know from my experience that PEXA has the certainty of settlement on-time saving emotional and financial stress on all levels"
