20.01.2022 During iso this year I have been on the hunt for new activewear that isnt Lululemon. I always find myself picking my Align Pant as my go to when Im wearing them all day. As much as I love Lulu Id love to support other brands, especially Australian labels. Came across @zenbody and thought Id give it a go. . Wearing the Soho Legging and Soho Bra, so what do I think? Soho Legging Love the cut and style of the leggings, the fabric is super soft and I LOVE the pastel marble ...print. Waistband has a seam at the top edge, I usually hate this as it cuts into your waist and is super uncomfortable. However, on these tights its actually quite flattering and comfortable, doesnt cut in. I think this is a result of the quality of the fabric and the way its been constructed. Im 179cm with quite long legs so the length on me is a 7/8. Squat proof, I would suggest to wear light coloured/ nude seamless undies. I purchased a SML (I wear a size 6 lululemon) . Soho Bra I wish it fit! Being bigger busted (12DD/E cup) I ALWAYS struggle with sports bras. If you have smaller boobs (C cup/ implants or smaller) you will love this. Super flattering neckline and the straight straps are really nice over the shoulder. So many sports bras are cross back so its nice to see a bra with a different strap style. The wider elastic strap is also really comfortable and doesnt cut in. Not the right cut for me however still a really nice bra. I purchased a MED, elastic under the waist was perfect but the rise and coverage on the bust was too small. . Classic Leopard Crop This was a WIN! Swapped the Soho Bra for this beauty and I am so happy I did. Higher neckline but doesnt make you feel suffocated, love the strap design on the back with the triangle cut out. Love the monochrome print and again the fabric is so dreamy against the skin. Big bobbie sisters this one is a goodie. I purchased a MED . One thing to note, these posts are not sponsored. I am on the quest to find good quality and comfortable activewear as I spend my whole day in it as a trainer. 18.01.2022 Back in April 2017 I invested in purchasing my first reformer and set up my very own home studio. This was the beginning of a very exciting journey for me after quitting my job as a womens apparel designer. It all started in a room in my house all those years ago. . Never in my life did I think Id be teaching back at home or back on the sewing machine in 2020. If there is one thing this year has taught me, its to open your mind to possibilities and remember everything you ...have achieved over the years. Ive had countless breakdowns, Ive just wanted to give up, days where I dont want to get out of bed. This year has tested me but it has also taught me so much about myself. . Its so easy to get lost in the disappointment and the pain in the world and we forgot to appreciate what we have, where we have been and what we have achieved. 16.01.2022 One of my favourite sweaty trio of exercises layered with each other. Beginner Intermediate Advanced Crouching tiger, reverse knee pull, reverse row with squat ... . Gets the heart rate up every time. I sequence this in my classes either as a quick class finisher so 1min spent in each exercise, with a 15sec transition and set up. 06.01.2022 The most annoying part of online shopping is receiving the parcel youve been so eagerly waiting for, it doesnt fit and then you have to go through the exchange /refund process. One thing Ive noticed with online shopping, the size charts are so off its not even funny! If I compare my measurements, the size chart tells me Im a XXL in bras and L in bottoms. Reality, Im M to L in bras and S to M in bottoms. Frustration is real especially with active wear; because the fabric ...is so stretchy the size charts dont really reflect the fit of the garment. . Product Review @aimn.oceania High Support Bra in white This bra has to be by far the best online purchase Ive made to date. Its seamless so there isnt any edges that stick in or cut you off. The fabric is really soft against your skin. The under bust line is longer so it feel more supportive under your boobs rather than having an elastic cutting you, swipe across to see close up photos of the bra. Removable bust cups, which are great, personally I hate the cups so always take them out. I purchased a Medium and it was perfect, have since purchased another in black. This bra is definitely more supportive and even for a bigger bust I can comfortably go for a jog/ light run and not feel like my will jump around painfully. Highly recommend this bra guys and for $75 well worth the money if you ask me. . Grey Viper Tights I absolutely love these; they are the closest to lulumeon I have purchased so far. Fold over waistband so they dont cut into your waist, more flattering and the fabric is so buttery soft. For the lululemon lovers, these tights would be the love child of the wunder under luxtreme and the align tight. I purchased a small, they are quite snug however I feel quite held in without feeling suffocated. The print is on a white base fabric yet I can confirm they are squat proof, even with black undies. . Definitely give @aimn.oceania 10/10 for product, quality, fabric, fit, function, fast delivery. Have any of you tried this brand before? What did you think? What style did you try? 02.01.2022 I am back baby! What an incredible year its been so far... Incredibly shocking Incredibly upsetting Incredibly eye opening ... Incredibly challenging Incredibly reflective Incredibly important Incredibly incredible . At the start of the year I was kicking goals, I had just worked out a balance between life and the studio, wedding plans were in full swing, I had planned out the whole year, month to month, week to week, I was in a good place. In a blink of an eye every bit of happiness and positivity was stripped away by forces outside of my control. Many breakdowns, tears, dark places and negative thoughts have come over me over these last few months. MY LIFE IS OVER! . What a roller coaster! What an experience! What a lesson! . FFWD to now, studio reopen, wedding postponed, new project in the works. They say you go through darkness before you can see the light and the universe will guide you through your journey. Well the switch just went back on Im trusting in the process and learning the lessons along the way . 01.01.2022 What an interesting world we are living in in this present moment. This time last year I began the process of fitting out my very firsts Pilates studio.
