24.01.2022 I had the chance to finish 2 pieces of art with Jassy Watson extraordinaire these are the Ancient Mother symbols of Willendorf and Woman of Laussel. I received 2 messages which I think are important to share, I had asked the Ancient mother what she wanted to say to me... answer was... ''Keep going, the road is safe, you will find your way. ... All is well and unfolding as it should. Peace - Calm... need to stay in your heart and emanate this from it. Let me help you feel it. Stay grounded. I love you.'' I also received a 2nd message when I sat in front of the ocean this morning and asked the Ancient Mermaid mother what she had to say to me... this answer is longer but I feel very relent to what is happening in the world... ''The tides are restless but go with the flow, all will be well soon. Stay on track and seek the wisdom in each situation. Froth and bubble, Toil and trouble... let it all flow past you -- don't step into these waters. The ocean is still lovely from the sands.... Be like the rocks- solid and still-- let it pass... you will still be here and not drowning in the effluent of troubles. You are not alone. Be well. Soar like the seagull. Pick your winds to fly upon and just glide. All is well above the storm. Just breathe. Relax and enjoy the Sun

13.01.2022 If you have an itchy scalp or dandruff... try a home made recipe of.. 2 Table spoons of a Plain yogurt, 1 teaspoon each of lemon juice, honey, milk and runny coconut oil. Mixed well and applied to scalp then left for 10 mins before shampooing out, try doing this weekly.
