20.01.2022 Unfortunately the more times you yoyo with your weight-loss the harder and harder it gets to lose fat. We need to make it a lifestyle change! Go back to the old ways and you will put the fat back on. For most of us it's 20 percent of the foods we eat doing 80 percent of the damage, and yes those 20 percent are the fucking tasty ones. The best possible advice I can give you is to learn the difference between motivation and discipline. I know you are motivated to lose weigh...t but it's more important to be disciplined. Set weekly, monthly and quarterly goals. Work hard no excuses to get to each goal. Set absolute rules to get there IE no sugar, grains or no booze etc Then don't break your own rules. You would be pissed off if the kids, partner or boss break the rules etc so don't break your own. We all want to lose weight, get fit, build muscle and look good naked. Most of us do the hard work of driving to the gym, working out etc etc. but TBH that's the easy part...the hard part is to be strong outside the gym & avoid temptation. She started earlier this year with just the bar and thru her 3x PT session a week has been steadily adding weight to the bar.
