09.01.2022 For those banana bread lovers our there, you must try this recipe thanks to our clean eating friends at The Paleo Cafe! BANANA BREAD cup Coconut Flour... tsp Salt tsp Baking Soda 6 Eggs tbsp Vanilla 4 Medjool Dates tbsp Maple Syrup cup Coconut Oil cup Overripe Bananas Combine Flour, Salt and Baking Soda. Blend Eggs, Vanilla and Baking Soda. Blend Dates and Maple Syrup (Heat gently and mash with 2 tbsp water). Pour wet into dry and blend. Add Coconut Oil and blend. Pour batter into loaf tin. Bake at 175 for 30 mins Enjoy xxx
