Tip: To keep your greens crisp and fresh in the fridge, rinse in the bag, leave to dry well and then put away. If lettuce and other soft leaf veggies are put away wet they will not stay fresh and crispy. Pat says she hangs her lettuce in the bag on the line in the shade to dry and it works a treat!
