21.01.2022 Its friYAY!! Just a reminder that yoga starts NEXT WEEK (6 September) Our first class will be Friday 6/9 at 930... Are you excited?! I know I am! I cant wait to practice with you all, bring some movement to our bodies, and connect with each other and ourselves... What to bring- we have yoga mats, but if you have any yoga blocks or bolsters please bring them. Otherwise, perhaps bring a towel with you, and a wrap or light blanket to keep you warm as the weather is still quite cool. And a water bottle, too! Im looking to seeing you all on the mat very soon. If you have any questions, Im right here Oh- one more thing- remember, your first class is free, and as introductory special, all classes in the month of September are only $10

14.01.2022 Progress..slow and steady..its been 5 months since cyclone debbie and clean up has been slow but we are getting here.can drive down to the lower car park in a 4 wheel drive now.

It was also fantastic to meet other like minded souls. You are amazing.... and just for the record my computer has checked out of this world. 04.01.2022 Finally a little more progress..using the large rocks that landed on our property we are building a rock wall and extending the lower car park.ths is the first creative attempt to remove many thousands of metres of dirt off my driveway and re use it... After 4 months its good to have a bit of positive action with results...
