25.01.2022 I was invited to have lunch with this gorgeous lady today (and check out the garden ), I met Ellen in my meditation classes around 4/5 years ago. We have developed a sweet bond over those years. One of the things I missed incredibly this year is meditation classes, I love how it connects people of all ages. It’s such a beautiful community of like minded souls that come together and form bonds that is supportive & nurturing. I have seen so many beautiful friendships develop... in the groups and that always fills my heart. I can’t wait to start classes again hopefully in 2021. Love Audrey

22.01.2022 I have found saying happy New Year a difficult task this year, with our country in such devastation. But this morning I woke up with the words I love a sunburnt country, a land of sweeping plains just rolling through my head over and over. So I had to look up the poem. My Country was written by Dorothea Mackeller back in 1908. And what a beautiful poem it is. I feel lucky to be part of this beautiful country and its people. When crisis hits, Australians have this innate a...bility to gather around and support one another. We are truly amazing. Our spirit and community strength shines in these moments. Its how we humans should always be. Together. Supporting. Sharing. Guiding and Loving. Our friends who have been affected will need us long after the fires have burnt & money raised to help, they will need us to support their mental wellbeing for months & years to come! As I reflect on what this year will bring and what we need to learn, I feel guided in setting strong foundations, for speaking our truth, allowing our purpose to shine (our purpose being love), to find our passion and share it with the world. But I also believe it is the year to come together, to become actively involved in worldly matters. We cant sit on the sidelines any longer. We need to cut out the bullshit and deliver the truth. I just know our spiritual journey is to fight the good fight, to love thy neighbour & have Gods Will be done here on earth as it is in heaven (a place for peace, love and harmony). Whether you are passionate about animals, politics, recycling, refugees, homelessness, poverty, humanitarian needs, beauty, health , wellbeing or whatever or whoever you want to speak up for, let this be your year so that you stand tall and lead. 22.01.2022 What have I learnt over the last few months in this lockdown period, was my life was crazy busy! And being forced to stop has been such a wonderful time to reflect. One of the things that came up for me was I love reading but never truly ‘found time’ over the last few years! I realized that I have guilt that sits around not ‘doing anything’. That reading was a ‘guilty pleasure’ and that I didn’t want to be perceived as lazy if I were to just sit all day and read. I mean... wh...o can sit when you have so much to do right? Lol. And only when all my tasks are done could I then just sit & read, by then I was so freaking tired I’d just want to sleep! I contemplated that for a while, reflected ‘when & how’ I got this mind set and decided that I would in fact sit still and enjoy reading without guilt. My promise was over this lockdown period that I will make time to just read and immerse myself in that silence. This has become my special spot enjoying today’s Autumn sunshine, I can hear the birds and feel the breeze. Enjoying a cup of tea and onto my next book. 22.01.2022 I have two teenage kids so I know the importance of giving children the right 'tools' to help them with their mental health, especially in today's culture. Our youth are always 'plugged' in and this is a great way to show them how they can just unplug for a few minutes and reconnect with themselves. 21.01.2022 I picked this card for you all today. What a great word to move into our new week focusing on. Authenticity. This word seem confronting to most, but to me this is our essence, our spirituality, our joy. Its connection (to ourselves, others & the universe) Authenticity is defined as representing ones true nature or beliefs. Our day, week and life is better when we truly understand who we are and what we stand for.... Throughout the week take a moment to #breathe and consider this; Am I living my truth? Am I living with conviction? Am I living in the moment? Am I living with vulnerability? Am I living with acceptance? Am I living with courage Am I living with love. 21.01.2022 Every single one of us are dealing with our own pain. Life sometimes feels hard & there is always an internal struggle. But we should always lead with love & kindness. When we move through our day our mission should always be to share our love. For me I try and make a conscious decision each day to keep true to me & that is to love deeply and treat people with kindness. Even when its tough I take a moment to check in with my soul and say how can I respond that lets me still... shine my light (Im not perfect, but Ill always try to bring it back). 30 second meditation: close your eyes place your hand on your heart take deep soulful breaths and say; Dear Soul, show me how I can share my love. Open me up to love in an authentic way. Allow me to always use my words in kindness. Guide me to be a better human. 21.01.2022 Some times the little stuff arent words, but behaviour & actions. Or sometimes the little stuff is mum I have a belly ache. Its important to be mindful & present and understand what your child is trying to communicate. Sometimes they need help to express themselves too. Wednesday 7th August class is almost full. It’s not about eliminating any particular food groups but eating a whole balanced diet, using nuts, grains, veggies, fruit, proteins, fresh herbs & spices. 17.01.2022 This is a great article. We often say I’m stressed. But I often check in with myself and say what am I actually feeling. I’ve also noticed that if I say the negative emotion over & over for eg I’m stressed, I’m tired, that’s exactly what I tap into. Unpacking our emotions is such an import part of our day. I believe communication is the most important skills we can learn (that is talking as well as listening). And being open to discuss those emotions, letting go of that ...energy is life changing. E-motions is just energy in motion. It’s not about getting into the hysteria... it’s about taking precautions, knowing the facts (not getting into the hype), being smart & making informed decisions! You can still be mindful! 15.01.2022 We had so much fun( and learnt a lot) bringing these to the kids last term that we are doing it again!! I have had some wonderful feedback and a few of the parents expressing how they certainly seen the change in how their child is dealing with certain situations. More class times maybe opened as we see enrolment numbers, our aim is to keep the classes small so that each child gets a chance to open up and talk.... 14.01.2022 Just checking in on you all. How do you feel after today’s announcement of further restrictions? Me: I’m not doing so well. That sent me in a spin today. I thought I need to connect with my family & friends. I’m desperate. I’m lonely. I’m sad. I’m isolated. I have the kids and I have so much to be grateful for. But right in that minute I felt DESPAIR! I allowed myself some time to just sit with that feeling. And as I took a deep breathe I really ask the Universe to lift my s...pirit and help me see the light. What I did is text a friend, created a plan to have a bubble between us and also that I can see my parents. We talked about our feelings. And I started to see light and the positive and something to look forward too. It’s hard. We are created to be in a tribe to feel community and connection. To have touch and comfort, to hunt and gather together. We maybe acting out, feeling angry, frustrated and just not ourself. But you are not alone. Have a plan that works in with the state plan and see how you can work through this. I’m always just a text away if you need a sounding board. Audrey

13.01.2022 So many of us a striving for perfection. The perfect body, career, relationship, house even wanting perfect kids! Perfection sees us often sitting in competition, jealousy and fear. I often see people who strive for perfection actually have a great deal of confidence & self esteem issues. Life isnt perfect. Our soul chose these experiences, this body & particular relationships to help us learn and grow, everything our human self sees as imperfect is actually a test to see h...ow you can continue to breathe in love and let your Soul which is pure love shine. 30 second meditation: Close your eyes. Put your hand on your heart. Take some deep soulful breaths & say I love myself exactly how I am. Im perfectly imperfect & thats ok. 08.01.2022 We had a few kids classes last term that talked about anger. Something in term 4 we will continue to work on with the kids. I want to leave you with this quote beneath every behaviour is a feeling. And beneath each feeling is a need. And if we meet that need rather than focus on the behaviour we deal with the cause and not the symptom So if your child comes home angry.... ask yourself what else is going on? ... 07.01.2022 Today is World Mental Health day. I want to focus on our Mind Body Soul connection. These 3 things are not separate in us. They are all interconnected, a heavy mind creates a heavy body which dulls our soul. Eat a well balanced whole diet, exercising (even for 10/15 mins a day) & meditation (just bringing in 5 mindful breathes periodically through out the day) & talk to someone you trust, this combination is a great game changer when it comes to your mental wellbeing.... Make sure you listen to what you need, seek out the right practitioners or people that can help you move your mind, body & soul into a place of joy. Remember you are never alone & you are treasured.

Classes were filled with talking, listening, thoughts, suggestions, laughing & of course breathing techniques and creative visualizations. 05.01.2022 A group of young Aussies adults are putting together a 5 Star dinner for those who in our community that are sleeping rough here in Melbourne. This is their 6th dinner. 05.01.2022 Today I enjoyed some Shinrin-yoku. Forest bathing in the Yarra Glen with a beautiful friend. Walking and touching the different textures, admiring nature, wallabies spotting, chatting away about life & all things great & small... but most of all breathing in the fresh air and letting go of the week! And ending with a lovely coffee. So nice to get out in nature and just be.

They spoke their souls truth and loved themselves (and their sisters) enough to say I AM WORTHY and fight for change. Giving us all freedom to be who we choose. 03.01.2022 I know my mind says exactly this every time I hear the PM or Premier have a press conference. What the F now! And I have heard so many of you tell me how anxious you are feeling. I am too. But you know all those times Ive said just take a breathe and be in the moment? Well now is the time to practice this. Change is scary. The uncertainty is scary. All we can do is be present and do what is right. We are the the change that Australia & the world needs right now. Lead with ...love always and think of your family and your fellow humans. Stay home. Take a deep breathe and ask for love, guidance and healing at this time. We are all in this together. You my friends are resilient & strong & this too shall pass. Love Audrey.

02.01.2022 A great article about bullying, judgement & listening. I was bullied in the work place once, in hindsight it was her lack of self esteem that saw me as a threat, amongst other personal issues. But in actual fact I could have been a valuable member of her team. I eventually (after 18 months) of trying all different techniques, including speak to management, I just approached her and said I am not sure why you dont like me but I just want to come to work and do my job. I job I might add that I was pretty good at. From that moment on we respected each others boundaries and work became bearable again! Moral of the story: speak up & set you boundaries.

Im committed in supporting mental health & I believe talking about it in all its forms removes the stigma & I think informed knowledge is power.
