Portuguese kitesurfing diploma or surfing diploma is a plus.... https://www.senseofofir.com/en STARTING MID MARCH2020 A new boutique hotel, sea front, is recruiting for an experienced Chef to join the kitchen Role: Boutique hotel restaurant which is open from April to November is seeking a Chef to create and work in the open plan kitchen where you will be creating modern style dishes.The menus at the restaurant change regular to reflect the best produce available in the season with a focus on using Portuguese suppliers wherever possible.In this Chef role you will be joining a small team in the kitchen with the expectation that you will be capable of working to high standards, choosing the menu, suppliers. Maximum 16 people for all meal Requirements: All Chefs applying for this role should have a stable background working in similar all fresh food kitchens.It is important that you have worked to at least Chef de Partie level in your previous roles with experience working on a number of sections in the kitchen.
