17.01.2022 The iconic Fremantle Markets is enjoying its first full weekend of operation since it was forced to close due to coronavirus almost four months ago. "There was... an unbelievably positive vibe yesterday, and the feedback from traders was a big thumbs up," one market spokesperson told 10 News First. "So many locals have come down to show their support... things feel like theyre starting to return to normal." The markets have returned to regular operating hours, open from 9am to 6pm all weekend long.

04.01.2022 We are delighted to announce that Naked Specs will be offering full and comprehensive eye testing and examinations in the New Year starting on Thursday 7th January. We have set up the optical practice in a beautiful apartment above our eyewear boutique on South Terrace, South Fremantle. We are delighted to welcome San Luu to the Naked Specs’ family. She has been an optometrist for over 20 years working from Perth to Port Hedland to Esperance. San has also worked in regional a...nd remote communities of the NT in the Brien Holden Vision Outreach Program since 2015 supervising student optometrists. Whilst we build up the practice, we will be initially testing on Thursdays (9.15am until 6.30pm) and Saturdays (8.45am until 5pm). You can book online in a matter of a minute or two. Their lenses are still being made by their local Perth optic...al laboratory and you can still claim your health fund rebates. Zip Pay and Afterpay are also available! Here are their current offers: 1. Re-lensing existing glasses frames - their local optical laboratory is able to re-lense your existing frames with your existing or new prescription. You can post your existing frames directly to the lab and they will make up the new lenses with existing measurements, then post them back to you. 2.
