22.01.2022 More jigsaw puzzles for our swapping library. 1000 and 750 piece puzzles. We're open 10am-5pm Mon Fri and 10am to 12 noon Saturday. No cost, just swap.

21.01.2022 I just finished this puzzle. All pieces present. New York Twin Towers 42nd St. Black and white so it's a bit tricky. Now available to swap for another 1000 piece puzzle. I also have another 1000 piece and 2 x 500 piece puzzles up for swaps at the bookshop. Plus at home I have a 1000, 1250 and 2 x 500 piece puzzles that I'll bring in to swap as I get them finished. Bookshop open 10am to 5pm Monday to Friday and some Saturdays.

I'm taking a couple home to do myself then they'll be back to swap as well. Here is what we have right now for swapping: 3 x 1000 pieces and 2 x 500 pieces. No cost, just swap. 07.01.2022 A big thank you to one of my customers yesterday. She told me that she's on a pension and normally gets her books from the library or op shop. But she received her bonus from the government and has decided to spend it locally to help support local people. 'It's extra money that I didn't expect to have and since the library and op shops are closed I don't mind using some of it to buy books here' she said. What a great attitude to have. I think the idea of the bonus was to boos...t our economy so let's pull together and support locals. So that our little shops and businesses can weather this storm. So that we'll all still be here next year and the year after. We really do need each other. I've reduced some of my books to $2 and $5 so that readers on a budget can keep reading during lockdown. Mills & Boons are $1 each or 20 for $15. Westerns are $2 each or I swap 2 for 1 with extras then only $1 each. My normal prices are half of the RRP with half back on exchange.
