06.01.2022 A bunch of curious, enagaged and vibrant kids from St Mary's Primary School Myrtleford were a joy to welcome to About the House - Australian House of Representa...tives yesterday - and put me through my paces as Member for Indi. Some questions were worthy of ABC's Hamish Macdonald. More than 100,000 school-age students come to the House every year to learn about Australian democracy, its history, discover the ways in which laws are made and experience some of the processes of Parliament, including Question Time. You can find out about and arrange a school visit , including an interactive experience with the Parliamentary Education Office and a talk with me at https://www.peo.gov.au/book-a-program/
