11.01.2022 St Anthony's Glenhuntly Netball Club is looking for 2-3 players for our U11 teams. Boys or girls born in 2010 would be ideal as they could remain in that team as they move up through the age groups. Please contact [email protected]

11.01.2022 It has been suggested that players would prefer we move to a more modern A-line dress (image not indicative of final design) instead of the two piece top and skort. The Committee has yet to take a vote on this and we havent finalised costs etc. as we are hoping to obtain some funding to subsidise the changeover cost (as well as implementing an online shop for uniforms). We would appreciate your preliminary feedback by casting your vote in our poll

10.01.2022 My name is Will. I'm a 22 year old male who has a passion for sport. Particularly Cricket and Australian Rules Footy. I've played both these sports for as long ...as I can remember. Sport has given me far more than wins and losses on the field. Sport has provided me with knowledge, life experience, job opportunities, mate ship and most importantly, hopes and dreams! (As well as a whole lot more!) It scares me to think so many Australian boys and girls may have had some of these opportunities taken away from them. Due to the current and ongoing Australian bush fires throughout country Victoria and New South Wales. I’m writing to you today seeking sporting good donations for sporting clubs and their members. At this point in time, I’m mainly looking to help kids under the age of 21. I wish to provide them with any/all sporting equipment that may have been lost over the last month or so. I’m asking for any sporting donations big or small. I’m sure we’ve all got a basketball or tennis racquet lying around the house that we don’t use anymore. If so, please bring them to the following location: Venue: EE Gunn Reserve, Grandstand. Malane Street Ormond, 3204 Date and Time: 9:00am - 11am, Saturday the 11th of January 2020 I’m looking for the following donations: - Cricket gear - Footy/Soccer boots - Basketballs, soccer balls, footballs, tennis balls, netballs - Racquet sports - Cash donations - The list goes on! If you know of a club or community member that has been affected by the bush fires, please get them in touch with myself [email protected] Although my expertise are in Cricket and AFL, I’m keen to help out any boy or girl who has a passion for sport. This may include Tennis, Rugby, Soccer, Basketball, Netball or any other sport. I understand we still face major challenges with these bush fires, the danger is far from over. I want to get the ball rolling now, so the moment it’s safe to take some sporting gear to these affected areas, we are good to go! Big call to all Melbourne sports clubs. I’m sure all clubs across all codes have sporting goods waiting to be donated! Thanks! Will Robertshaw Passion 4 Sport

01.01.2022 Issued Friday 13 March 2020 - Caulfield & District Netball Association would like to ensure our members that we are staying up to date with all of the informat...ion and recommendations provided about Coronavirus, as per the Victorian Government Department of Health and Human Services, the and the Australian Government too. You will appreciate that in the current health climate, we are all wanting to support and protect our great netball community. Following the recent government announcement this afternoon, we can confirm that we are an entity conducting a "non-essential gathering" such as our weekend sport competition. Therefore, after much deliberation and as a proactive precautionary measure, CDNA has made the decision to cancel our all of our competition matches for this weekend, which includes tonight (Friday) and tomorrow (Saturday). This will enable us to work through with the Committee and then with our clubs what our plan will be moving forward. We will be in touch with all clubs and team delegates as soon as possible via email. Thank you for your understanding.
