21.01.2022 I remember how excited we all were when we reached 100 pages likes a few years ago. Well, today we reached 2000. Well done team.

20.01.2022 I was born in the Mary Valley - the green heart of subtropical Queensland and spent my adolescence in the hot steamy atmosphere of Brisbane. Temperatures rarely went below double figures and evergreen trees were the norm. It wasnt until University that I discovered the Granite Belt with its deliciously cool autumn nights and fine brisk daytime temperatures. It was on a camping trip to Girraween that I first encountered deciduous autumn leaves and the joy of kicking your way ...through a drift of newly fallen crunchy delight! If you or your children havent experienced this wonder, now is the time to come and do it. The leaves have turned - some are still clinging vibrantly to the branches - others have joined their fellows on the ground and begun the accumulation of those dry rustling drifts which are such fun to kick though and play in. If you live within the 150km radius, now is your chance to come and see autumn at its peak on the Granite Belt. We are open all weekend - Saturday and Sunday 10am to 4pm. Come and try some cheese, have one of our famous Ploughmans Lunches or a Cheese Platter, a creamy milkshake, a coffee or even a glass of fabulous Granite Ridge wine with your meal. Dont forget there are so many local attractions within a 10 minute drive of us, so after your cheese tasting or meal you can visit our food, wine and entertainment buddies listed below that are just up the road. Come for a day trip to see us and kick and play in those autumn leaves Heritage Estate Wines Lawdogs Australia Official Pages Summit Estate Wines Castle Glen Australia Suttons Juice Factory Sams Farm Fresh Fruit and Veg
