So technically, it started in the late 80s, where coffee beans (especially arabica coffee) started to be graded by a system scoring between 0-100pts. Any coffees graded above an 82pt score is considered Specialty Coffee.... Over the recent years weve seen the rise of specialty coffee take a quick leap in today's trend of cafes, one of the outcomes of this is specialty coffee becoming more of a marketing gimmickthan it is about the actual coffee. 14.01.2022 TEMPEH MENU IDEA ~ repost from @veggie_nerd . Smokey bbq tempeh wraps. I've just received the worlds most epic tempeh order from @staplefoodau so stick around if you love tempeh because I'm cooking with it for the next 72 posts. Wraps are homemade and actually hold together (swipe for stability check ). For 2 wraps whisk 25g chickpea flour, 1tbs sourdough discard (could use plain flour if you don't have), 1/4 tsp cumin and 1/4tsp salt. Add water until you have a thin p...ancake batter. Pan fry until bubbly and set then flip. I've used the @staplefoodau BBQ tempeh rashes, pan fried until sticky. Alternatively use plain tempeh marinated in BBQ sauce. Then pack full with shredded cabbage, charred cayenne corn, green pepper and sping onions. I've drizzled with some leftover cashew cream.
