14.01.2022 *** Arnold Update *** Another busy week at Stingrae as we release a new update for Arnold Martial Arts Gym Management Software. Here is a summary of the changes, which mostly came about after doing some consulting with one of our main clients (a lot of them sure make things easier to understand, especially for new users): * Homepage now displays when your subscription is due to expire/renew.... * IntegrayPay Direct Debiting : when a payment fails, the reason why is now also shown in the IntegraPay Batch Report, and on the Payment Details Popup (which has also been re-written) * Class Maintenance - More logical flow to the maintenance sections and consistency among the titles (Names = Types etc). Bug also fixed where previously you could accidentally save a grade without a style. * Sales Item - Tax now calculated as you type, without the annoying postback. More popups in this section too to explain the settings further. And the grids refresh on changes, when previously there was a bug where it only refreshed after refreshing the page. * Incidents - made the screen wider and easier to navigate. PLUS youll see even more little temporary popups with handly hints and some question marks with help too. As always, any suggestions for features, please let us know!

05.01.2022 Network maintenance outage - Tuesday 8th Sept We have been advised of upcoming fibre maintenance being performed by our upstream provider that may result in a brief loss of connectivity of our services. The advisory has been issued for next Tuesday morning 12:00am - 06:00am, Sydney time. While this is a long maintenance window, we have been assured that any outages during this window will be brief.... All servers on our infrastructure will remain operational, so nothing will be required from you.

03.01.2022 New Page - View your Arnold Subscription & Print Invoices Last night we released an update to Arnold Gym Management. It was only a minor release, but along with some minor formatting to a couple of reports and screens (were always on the look-out for ways in which we can increase our product and make it easier), we have added one extra bit of functionality. Previously, when Arnold used to run as a Windows Application, you could print your subscription invoices and give to y...our accountant. And as with all re-writes, the critical things are done first and then there is a flow on down to the important and then nice-to-haves. Up until last night, we would email you a copy of your subscription summary - with the details of how many open members you have and the monthly fee. However, now there is a new page where you can access it at any time, print old invoices and review the member break down. Simply click the new Subscriptions option from the main menu to access the page. If you need help calculating the breakdown of your subscription fee - click the question mark button on the top right of the last section. It will give you the breakdown. Remember - for all users on our basic plan : the first 25 Open Members are FREE. And to keep your plan as affordable as possible, ensure you close off your members who no longer train with you!
