25.01.2022 Know anyone who may be interested?

25.01.2022 Is this how you felt on the weekend? or did you manage to keep busy? Share your ideas on how you spent the weekend So, what are we doing to keep things kicking along here at Sunshine Coast 4WD Centre? As per government directions, we are enforcing all the things we have been asked to do. When your car comes in for a service, we will give it a wipe over with disinfectant, then when our mechanic has finished, it will be wiped down again. Our courtesy cars are being wiped down regularly as well. If you still want your car to have some work done by us, but don't want to step out of your house, give us a call, to see what options are available.

23.01.2022 Hey Dad..Something's really wrong here, she's pulling to the right!!!!

22.01.2022 If you get into trouble or need some work done on your car over the holiday period, we have decided to run a skeleton crew from 20th December to 5th January (Monday to Friday), excluding public holidays. 54433601.

22.01.2022 Ok..boys..move on over. This one is for the ladies!!!! Sunshine Coast 4WD Centre is not just here for the boys, but for the ladies as well. We like to think we can give you sound advice and peace of mind when you need to get some work done to either your 4wd or your "other" car. We have a really awesome review on our page from Daniella, so if you want to take a look, feel free. Hope to see you soon. Sharon

22.01.2022 Savannah Way...Have you travelled it? We went as far as Undarra Lava Tubes (photo attached). After talking to other travellers in other parks we stayed at, we opted to stay at Pinnarendi Station Farm Stay. If you turn up on a Wednesday night, it's Pizza night. Some miners travelled 50 kms to eat these very yummy pizzas. This farm stay is a working cattle station. Sites offered are powered and unpowered at a good price. Amenities were awesome. It was a real eye opening to see how dry it was once you got off the coast. 95% of the creeks & dams we saw were dry. The kids who lived there travel 75km each way to get to school. It's certainly a different way of life.

21.01.2022 Meet our team....(from left to right). Brett (Bluey), Tim (owner), Chris & Justin.

21.01.2022 Come and have a chat to Tim if you need some good advice on what is wrong or what is needed for your 4wd.

20.01.2022 BREAKING: Start planning your holiday! We’re opening Queensland for Queenslanders from noon tomorrow. Queenslanders will be able to undertake unlimited travel, ...including overnight stays throughout the entire state, in a major easing of COVID-19 restrictions. More locals will be allowed in cafes, restaurants, pubs and clubs, with an increase in the number of patrons from 10 to 20. From noon on Friday, June 5, venues with more space will be allowed up to 20 people in each defined area if they follow an approved COVID Safe Industry Plan. Well done, Queensland. Our state’s outstanding response to the COVID-19 pandemic has allowed restrictions to be lifted ahead of a planned move to Stage Two originally scheduled for June 12. 16.01.2022 Help Help Help!!! We are looking for a casual experienced mechanic - preferably with 4wd experience. If the person is semi retired that would be perfect but not essential. 15.01.2022 Have a look at these photos of a mud map and information on the Oodnadatta Track and the Pink Roadhouse at Oodnadatta. Thanks to our customer who brought this in. Pretty kool....

14.01.2022 So been really busy tripping and touring around North Qld (and no internet at times). We discovered this little gem just south of Tully. Murrays Falls. Falls were spectacular and the camp ground...well, we wish we'd had time to go back. Another beautiful National Parks campground.

14.01.2022 Coming up soon...check your photos...we are going to run a competition. Who has done or been involved in something a little "silly" whilst 4wding? We want proof - so a photo. So start going through your phone, photos ect, and watch this space for more information.

12.01.2022 So camper had a spring disintegrate recently. Thank goodness we had a mate with us who had a bit of bush mechanic knowledge. After a ratchet strap and a bed slat (timber for fires lol) was put to use, the tyre was pulled off the guard and we made it safely to our accommodation. Lesson learnt...make sure you have RACQ ultracare as the trailer is then covered for towing.

12.01.2022 EGT - Pyro (exhaust gas temperature) What is this? An EGT is to ensure that the tune of your turbo charged 4WD diesel is operating at a safe temperature. To make sure your up and coming trips are hassle free once this "covid 19" crisis is over, this is essential. We currently have an overstock of these USA made Pyro's gauges. These gauges are super quick and have an accurate digital readout. Private message us if you are interested or would like more info.

11.01.2022 We are crazy busy with our 4WD's and because of this, we have a position open. Sunshine Coast 4WD Centre is a great place to work with good remuneration. If you are interested, or know of someone who may want a "shop" change or a "sea change", please forward this on, or send us a private message with details of your experience and contact information.

07.01.2022 We care about our staff and our customer's health so "corona killa" is in action when you bring your 4WD and or 2 wheel drive into us for some work. Sometime in the future, we wilI be able to get out on our favourite 4WD track or get onto the bitumen for a road trip, and we can help you to get ready to get there....give us a call if you want to get some work done 5443 3601.

07.01.2022 How good does the front & rear rival bars look on the new ranger!!

07.01.2022 Workshop brought to a sudden stop! Tim's project bike started up for the first time. I think he's a bit happy....

07.01.2022 Are you a tradie and need a ute while your car is having work done on it? Our workshop ute is available for your use when we are working on your own car. To borrow this ute, all we ask is that you drop a bit of fuel in it.

05.01.2022 Jack, super mechanic of the future. Our latest work experience student earning his keep. Thanks Jack for your hard work.

05.01.2022 Tim has asked me to post some photos of our trip north to Cairns, so here goes...This is the road up to Eungella National Park. If you want to see platypus in the wild...head this way. It's aprox one hour west of Mackay.

05.01.2022 We would like to invite you to our workshop for some drinks and sausage sizzle on Friday the 20th December, from 11.30 till 2pm to thank you for your support throughout the year. See you then!

05.01.2022 You want experience working on your car or 4WD? You got it here! Over 80 years experience combined right here in this photo working on a diff. Concentrating so much, they didn't even know their photo was taken.

04.01.2022 A little bit special seeing these little guys in the wild.

04.01.2022 Broken River, Eungella National Park. This photo was taken from our camp site. There's actually a platypus in the photo, but over the other side near the rocks.
