25.01.2022 In an Australian first, Prime Minister Scott Morrison acknowledges Australia's incredible nurses on International Nurses Day I'm proud to have helped ACN in making this happen. #IND

22.01.2022 If you can't pick up a Canberra Weekly, then read about IMP corporate runner Suzanne Hoitink of Clear Complexions Clinics here! Suzie joined Rob de Castella and... Cara Smith for a run at Lake Burley Griffin - all part of her training for the New York City Marathon in just a couple of months! #RunSweatInspire See more

21.01.2022 Chocolate and 'bad skin'...really? With Easter upon us, I thought I'd investigate the myths around acne, aging and chocolate!! https://www.clearcomplexions.com.au/chocolate-bad-skinreal/

20.01.2022 It's a real thrill to have my story shared in networking guru, Janine Garners' new book, 'Its Who You Know'. This Janine's second book, her first being 'From Me To We' and just this weekend I spotted her on the Today Show. Incredible lady!!

19.01.2022 I've had some memorable Easters but this one was just lovely. Alex and I went diving with our daughter Grace, her partner James and a few dozen seals!!! Just a wonderful experience.

18.01.2022 Had a ball in the Macquarie clinic with these gorgeous ladies, looking after their lovely clients. Great to be back in there.

17.01.2022 Had a wonderful catch up today with my good friend Emma Isaacs, Founder/Global CEO of Business Chicks at BC HQ. Entrepreneur is a word that's over used and misrepresented but Emma absolutely is the definition personified. That, while being the mum to four, soon to be five little ones, well I take my hat off to her!

16.01.2022 'True beauty comes from compassion for yourself and those around you'. How beautiful. Sx

16.01.2022 Another incredible three days of learning at the ASAPs conference on the Gold Coast. Much to share with the CC team on Monday!!!

15.01.2022 Vanuatu has become as much our home as Australia. We love being there. While, like the rest of the world, they grappled with COVID-19, the island of Espiritu Santo, very close to our home, was hit by the third largest cyclone to make landfall in history, category 5 Harold 'the Horrible'. Then, the volcano on Tanna threw up a mighty ashfall, destroying precious crops. Disaster, on disaster on disaster. They have been voted the 'happiest race on earth' but this has sorely tested them. And there is little the world can do right now but wish them well. Spare a thought for them. x

12.01.2022 The National Nursing Forum 2017 I am totally delighted to be attending the 3 day National Nursing Forum in Sydney as a keynote speaker. Being here amongst such incredible and inspiring leaders in Nursing is one thing, but being asked to contribute by my peers is quite another. 500 nurses are here to learn and share in this educational format. Honestly, this is a privilege and life highlight for me. Thank you to the Australian College of Nursing, led by CEO Kylie Ward, for inviting me and for showing such tremendous support for the speciality of Cosmetic Nursing. #NNF2017

10.01.2022 Talking the big issues at breakfast; Gender equality, challanges facing working women and ...football!! Thank you to the NAB for inviting me to be on a panel with Natalie Barr, star player at the GWS Giants, Robyn Hendry, CEO Canberra Business Chamber and Michelle Melbourne, Co-Founder of intelledox. Go the Giants!!!

07.01.2022 Coming back to Sydney from Brisbane. Flight terribly delayed due to storms but ahhh, the serenity!! Beautiful.

06.01.2022 If you are a 'walker' and want to turn your Sunday stroll into a lifesaving event come and join me, my family and 'William' our dog this Sunday for the Melanoma March. My sister in law Sarah lost her father to this terrible disease. I hope to see you there. Suzie xx

06.01.2022 Had a great morning walk raising money for melanoma research in honour of John Bosker, my sister in law Sarahs father. Alex and I loved having our girls Grace and Ellie, their partners and of course our puppy, William there today on what was an incredibly emotional day.

05.01.2022 I am absolutely delighted to be honoured with a Fellowship of the Australian College of Nursing for my contribution to the ACN and to the broader Nursing profession, an honour afforded to less than 1% of nurses. It's made even more special to be the first Cosmetic Nurse to do so. #nursing #healthcare #nurse #nurse #nurses #registerednurse #rn #health #medical

01.01.2022 I had a REVIEW with one of my favourite clients today always such a pleasure. She has been a client for many years and has had many reviews. Today was a little different though, she came with an agenda! A ‘significant’ birthday in the near future one that she wants to meet head on, looking her best. Having a deadline with anything is a great way to get started and stay focused. What we did today was to map out the plan; month by month, what were the priorities and what... would we expect to achieve. It happens daily in all our clinics. Reviews are the crucial element to having healthy skin for the long term, for life really. If you want a forward thinking approach, whereby you thank us for your healthy skin in five years’ time, then don’t leave it to chance. Let us guide you there. Have a review every 3 months. Its takes 30mins, is complimentary and keeps you achieving your goals. Suzie x See more
