24.01.2022 My sister and I are hosting a Yin and sound workshop this Saturday @Swell Yoga Studios in Manly. It’s 2.5 hrs, consisting of long held shapes focussed on integration and support of our spines. Though our rest and shapes, voice, gongs and singing bowls will be used to harmonise the molecular change your creating as you move through the Yoga practice of Yin. Come nourish your body and mind.
