24.01.2022 It’s a brand new week - a great time to reset and get active! Dance your way into the week with a fun SwingTrain class - 5.30pm every Monday at Kmotion Dance Studio!

24.01.2022 The results are in!! Thank you to everyone for casting your votes as to when you would love to see SwingTrain Canberra classes return. We have a 50/50 split preference for Monday evenings and Saturday mornings! So initially I will commence on a Monday at 5.30pm, but look out for Saturday classes starting very soon! We are currently on holidays with the creator of SwingTrain, Scott Cupit and his beautiful partner Arrianne - and he is equally excited to see classes resume! Please help spread the word, get your best dance moves ready and I CANNOT WAIT to see you in person on Monday!

23.01.2022 The sun is now out in Canberra and it's the perfect day to get moving and set up great intentions for the new week! SwingTrain is on TWICE this week - woo hoo! Tonight at 5.30pm AND Saturday 9.30am. Come to one or both - either way, we'll have a blast dancing and working out to a swing-inspired soundtrack :)
