24.01.2022 During these complex times, it is even more important to appreciate our hard working volunteers. A little thank you with food! Our Community Visitor Scheme volunteers are superstars, almost all of them speak at least two languages, are culturally aware and volunteer their time to visit elderly clients who benefit greatly from this social interaction; games, music, IT/mobile phone 'training', crafts, a chat over tea. We also provide virtual visits (phone/video) when we can'...t visit in person due to health and safety. Contact us if you are interested in joining our volunteering team : [email protected] #communityvisitor #volunteer #Volunteering #workexperience #bilingual #elderlycare #agedcare #sydney #communitysupport
