09.01.2022 We found some very interesting DIY electrical work on an audit today, extremely illegal and dangerous as the photos show. The rear of both power points are exposed and it's possible the terminals could be made contact with, making the risk of electric shock highly possible. The cabling which was installed for the power points in the toilet is undersized and incorrectly installed, this poses a risk of electric shock and fire. Make sure you use only licensed electricians. Be safe be sure

03.01.2022 It's that time of the year when we dust off the heater controls in preparation for a long cold winter. If you have concerns about how well your heater is running, and thinking of getting of getting the carbon monoxide levels checked in your house, make sure the tradesman you use fully understand the testing procedures. Ask if they have completed a carbon monoxide testing course, because if they haven't your property may not have been tested properly. Our carbon monoxide auditors are full trained in the latest testing procedures and use fully approved top of the line testing equipment. Be Safe, Be Sure
