There are dual ionisation and photoelectric smoke alarms available on the market. Are you able to distinguish between the two different types? 09.01.2022 We found some very interesting DIY electrical work on an audit today, extremely illegal and dangerous as the photos show. The rear of both power points are exposed and it's possible the terminals could be made contact with, making the risk of electric shock highly possible. The cabling which was installed for the power points in the toilet is undersized and incorrectly installed, this poses a risk of electric shock and fire. Make sure you use only licensed electricians. 04.01.2022 Identified smoldering marks and damage to the circuit breakers at a Melbourne property, non-compliant installation caused one circuit breaker to overheat. This may have resulted in a fire if gone unchecked.
