25.01.2022 New System One Cashier station upgrade is out : You are now able to change the opening float by double clicking on the opening float and typing in a new value (Bug now fixed that it would crash the database upon doing so) The Cashier Station program is now compatible with VFJ Intelli Safe ECDM 400... You are now able to change the font size in the Setup Tab You can now print your cashier shift balancing sheets to a normal A4 printer To run the upgrade, all you need to do is close the Cashier Station program and then double click on the icon again and it should prompt you to do an upgrade. This upgrade contains the following : Live Floor Plan Bug Fixes (see below fix's) If you are having any troubles please call us on 1300 130 541. 18.01.2022 We are still here and still waiting patiently for venues to re-open, we just wanted to touch base and let everyone know the helpline is still open We hope everyone is keeping safe and well in these trying times. Whilst your venues are closed we are thinking of all of you and if you have any System One questions please do not hesitate to contact us on the helpline 1300 130 541 8am to 6pm every day.... 11.01.2022 System One Web Reports Did you know you can access all your System One reports on the internet now?... Just head over to this link: https://reports.oss.net.au You can access this webpage from anywhere in the world and on any smart device (i.e Tablet, Phone, Laptop etc) Enter you Username and Password and you will have access to a whole host of reports from System One. If you have not been setup with a Username or Password please contact us on 1300 130 541 so we can set you up with one. One of the new features with our web reports is Period Meter reporting meaning you can view reports such as Turnover and NMR for every two hour period. These reports can be created for specific days of the week to help identify the peak periods and to compare it to other specific days of the week! Jump in and have a play and if there is any feedback or anything you like to see added please do not hesitate to contact us on 1300 130 541, 7 days a week, 365 days a year from 8am till 6pm!

10.01.2022 Hi Guys, First off we hope you are all well and safe. In our 25 years of service to the gaming industry we have never seen anything of this nature.... We realise all venues are now closed. Whilst you guys are closed we are still answering the helpline if anyone needs help. When venue's re-open we will still be here at full speed to get you back up and running as smoothly as possible, we are not going anywhere. We will also send out a newsletter with instructions on how to copy the meters forward once we have a firm date that everyone will be re opening. If anyone needs anything please do not hesitate to call for a chat, if we don't answer the first time please leave a message and we will call you back asap. This upgrade contains the following : - Bug Fixes for ECDM Intelli Safe interface Every venue must run this upgrade in preparation for a System One upgrade next week. 07.01.2022 System One will never work with TITO (Ticket in, Ticket Out) they all said...... They couldn't have been more WRONG! TITO is now up and running in Victorian venues and System One is working at all venues with little to no variances.... Don't let anyone tell you System One will not work with TITO. It's your venue and your choice which reconciliation software you use. Brand new System One features : Upgraded deployment wizard to handle TITO game changes Automatic import of all TITO tickets from bill acceptors Automatic creation of your cashier sheet for your CRT machine Automatic import of TITO tickets from our Cashier Station software If you are getting TITO installed at your venue then please call us with an install date and we will upgrade you with the latest System One and Cashier Station software to get you up and running immediately. 07.01.2022 The VCGLR have released some amendments to the Victorian Accounting Guideline for venues. One of the main points is that now venues have an option to collect hard meters from EGM's one a month as opposed to once a week. This can mean saving's on Wages. Is Victoria relying less now on hard meter reading to compare their revenue to the gaming Monitors (IGS)? OSS has always encouraged venues to collect hard meters as often as possible as our stance has been 'who's checking the checkers'? Tell us your thoughts below venues...
