During the wet season, deep water mixes with upper levels in the reservoir, kind of like how water in your washing machine is combined. This then enters the water supply system. 12.01.2022 ATTENTION PROPERTY MANAGERS OWNERS TENANTS THE WORLD Please do not use Drano for toilets - In fact we don’t recommend to use it for any drains. It’s a bandaid fix for a problem that will most likely cost you a lot more money than you want to spend. FACTS... Drano sits in the pipe until the clog dissolves, continually reacting and generating heat. Resulting in: Cracked toilet bowls Softening of PVC pipes Further corrosion of pipes And damage to the glue that holds pipes together Even Drano does not recommend the product to be used on toilets, yet we see many people still using it. THE RISKS: If used in a toilet bowl, a hard mass will form that can only be cleared by removal from a plumber via either a drain machine or in this case we had to remove the toilet pan and manually remove the blockage. The originally blockage was resolved by a simple plunge & was caused by toilet paper. This job was double the costs it would have been all because of our least favourite product DRANO. Please do not use drano for any drains. Tell your tenants, tell your friends. Use a registered plumber

The NT Government has announced a $60 million coronavirus stimulus package, hoping a cash splash on home renovations and business upgrades can prevent widespread job losses across the NT. Under the scheme, owners of residential and investment properties will receive a $6,000 grant for renovations if they contribute $2,000 of their own money.... Tap & Drain Doctor NT are familiar with Government Stimulus Grants and have been signed up in the past to work with clients. Tap & Drain Doctor will be able to provide quotes on plumbing works you require please just Pm the page or call us. Works cannot go ahead prior to the voucher being issued. We will try our best to get quotes out within 24-48 hours however larger quotes could take longer. Please note* You must notify office staff of taking advantage of this grant so we can provide you the accurate quote to claim your voucher.
